If you're going to a concert at leader bank Pavilion, don't bother looking at any other hotels. This is, literally, across the street!
Eating places abound on this street with the Yankee Lobster and Legal seafood as well as a Thai place down a ways are all fabulous! Loved this hotel. We had a corner room with two walls of windows and awesome views of the harbor.
Great place, easy to get to the gray line to get the T. Breakfast was very busy, make sure you go before it ends. It will have a line at the end of the morning
Amazing customer service. We got there pretty early driving from Rhode Island from another part of our vacation. I thought it was a longshot, but requested an early check-in if possible. We dropped our rental car off at the airport and on our way back, got a text that our room was ready. There was constant communication via text. That was amazing. Breakfast was awesome and the app to order food and pick up was also awesome. Phenomenal hotel and staff.
