All of the staff were wonderful - front desk people went above and beyond, and we experienced friendly and helpful cleaning people, and restaurant staff. Negatives include the fact that months ago when we reserved, we requested a room on a high floor, not facing the street (a main street, very noisy). We know that such requests are not a guarantee, but it seems odd that we were given a room on the lowest level of rooms, right above the busy street, next door to a bar, across from a large shopping center. Limited hot water, and the bathrooms are poorly designed - the shower stalls are tiny, and towels were frayed. The bed was very comfy! No full-length mirror in the suite.

The phone had an alarm that went off after mid night. I had to unplug the phone to get it to stop. When I mentioned it the front desk, he did not know how that worked. One is there to sleep well and that was not ideal.

I had to pay for parking it was $28 a day. The beds were the most uncomfortable thing i have ever laid on and staff mixed up mine and someone else reservation and needed to charge me twice for parking and i had to wait days for the money to return for the first charge. You had to call down and let them know if you needed housekeeping no matter how long you were there for. It was clean through out the hotel though just an annoying added step to get towels and toilet paper.

The location is excellent, close to the Redline and commuter rail. Plenty if dining options. The room I was given was on the second floor but I did not hear any street noise. Though the room is small but it was well designed. I had a very comfortable night. Thank you.
