The property was beautiful, spotless, and the staff super attentive and friendly. If there hadn’t been construction directly across the street the area would have been five stars instead of four, that was the only very minor drawback. Absolutely stunning and we got to check in early!!!

Location is great, right next to Kendall Square station. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Ice maker in freezer wasn't working. Carpet was pretty roughed up. Dishes in cupboard were not all clean. Bar service was slow despite few patrons.

List of hidden fees including a destination fee which you can only use at their bar. So they make you pay them to use only at their hotel. I liked the hotel itself but I despise deceptive billing.
