Really cute retro themed property. They are very committed to the overall theme. Lots to see and do on the property including a malt shop, bowling alley and arcade. Greats pools and lazy river!

LOVE this property!! You get a true resort feel for a value price. Staff and property is amazing in my opinion. Only complaint was that the AC unit blew musty smelling air. Made it feel unclean. Other than that, love this property and will chose it when going to Universal!!

We liked the amenities and the pools, bowling and eating options for the kids. It was also an easy walk to universal or you could take the bus or water taxi. Minor improvement could be for cleaning staff to ensure that the grounds (ie Laundry room) are cleaned frequently. All in all a very pleasant stay and friendly attentive staff.

This property was HUGE with 2 pools, water slide, and a lazy river my son couldn't get enough of. Plus pool bars and loungers in real sand!! We stayed in the Volcano bay view suite and it was so worth it!

Hotel does not provide shower cap, bandage, body lotion, when we call they said they don't provide that, also floaties in swimming pool costs money, this is an expensive hotel i would expect these are all included.

Getting into Universal early is a great perk for staying here. The standard rooms are just that, standard, but overall nice. The staff was very friendly, they have great food choices, and the amenities were wonderful. Will be back for sure.
