There was a roach in my room, one of the hotel staff was suppose to get back to me after speaking with the manager, but he never came back to the room or called us to let us know anything
The front desk staff was very accommodating. They allowed us to do our laundry after being on the road for two weeks. They were able to get us in to our room early. Thank you.

Waited over an hour for the hotel shuttle from Boston Logan airport. When I first called they told me 15 minutes max. I had to call two more times and was always tolk 15 minutes. Finally one showed up after waiting an hour an 20 minutes. Unexceptional.
I asked morning stsff if there was a drug store nearby and he said no
I walked outside and there was a shopping center across the street with a Target, about a five minute walk. You would think the desk staff would have known
Brrakfast was included. But most hot items were lukewarm at best.
For the price I paid i would have expected better shuttle service from the airport and staff who were familiar with the area.
Of the 4 nights, not a single day housekeeping was performed

I was very unhappy when the front desk told me I had reservations for three rooms. But I only needed two. They changed the reservation but said I had to call expedia if I wanted to get my money back. I made a long call to them just to find out that it wasn't expedia who did it but somebody I had never heard of travelpass.com I called them and they said that they had refunded $328 but there is n such refund or credit on my statement.
