Hotel has great location to TD center but fails at everything else. No valet and no on site parking. Parking was a good walk. Entry to hotel was dirty. Room was not properly cleaned prior to arrival. Ice bucket full of water and glasses dirty, dirty floor. One ice machine in entire hotel.

overall good stay. double bed room. But take the description at its word. very small. Beyond 1 night would not be able to do. And paid amenity fee for what again? Also no valet parking. The parking garage the hotel is connected to is cheaper to pay through the garage especially since you have to get your own car. But it is just a block away. But location is great which was why I selected it. It is clean and beds were pretty comfy. Would stay again if only for a night because of proximity to everything.

Great hotel in wonderful location. 3 minute walk to TD garden and many restaurants. Short Walking distance to museums, aquarium and other attractions. Clean, spotless rooms and comfortable beds. Very friendly staff. Love it! definitely my hotel choice when attending events at TD garden.

Room was small-but very clean & bright. Beds were very comfortable. SO close to TD garden. Staff was kind & helpful. Breakfast was good. Their parking option was ramp garage that is only 6’2” and not a lot of parking spots for a random Wednesday. If that’s a concern, you may want to look elsewhere. Will absolutely stay again

I had a pleasant stay there. The receptionists are so nice and helpful. I came early before the checking time but they let me in. Extending reservation was also easy and they're helpful. They let me come back in after my buses were cancelled, and that's a very great service. They provided good amenities too. So far, it's been a comfortable stay in the hotel; and the location is quite near with the north station and stores if you need to buy meals just in case.
