Explained the whole process of after hours entry to building when shut and early checkout out when shut which was handy. Also received text messages directly from the hotel if something had happened there (eg lifts not working) then another when they worked again. So great communication

This was a lovely hotel. Because we were staying on a busy weekend, hotel parking wasn’t available, however there was a multi story parking lot just across the road which was perfectly fine, less than a two minute walk. The room had everything we needed, and was in a great location to the shopping centre and train station. I would absolutely stay again!

Easy check-in, within walking distance to the train station and shopping centre. Room was nice and clean. We were upgraded upon arrival (which was a lovely surprise), however it was with an adjoining room, which meant the noise from the other apartment kept us awake. Limited parking on site as well, which was up a blind1lane, narrow driveway, which made it really hard to navigate in a larger car, especially if another car came in the opposite direction. The pros of this property outweigh the negatives. Will definitely stay here again when next in Penrith.
