The fire alarm went off at 5am on the first night we stayed. We had to sit outside in the cold for several hours till the alarms stopped. Staff never mentioned anything about it to us or came to our door to tell us to evacuate.

Hotel .com horrible and the hotel it self horrib
I had a terrible experience with the service. They moved me to a different room because the first one had a strong chemical smell, like roach spray. I felt ripped off – the smell was so intense that I got sick, with a fever and headache. The hotel only offered a 20% discount and did nothing more to address the issue. The customer service was extremely disappointing.

I’ve stayed here before but this time was very noisy and included police activity down the hall. Also blasted out of the hotel by a fire alarm at approx 9pm into the freezing temps with no communication from staff about when it was safe to return. Another guest was walking past cars telling us it was okay to go back in

The hotel does not have a cart for transporting luggage, it has been missing for a month according to an employee. How is it possible? I had to move all my things by hand and they only had one and it is missing. A hotel with so many rooms is a problem that they must solve immediately.

We had a great stay. We travel with our dog. When we told the lady at the front desk, she put us on the first floor near the door for easy access to take our dog outside. The room was very spacious and clean. The room was quiet too. Our dog sometimes gets spooked by loud noises in the hallway but we did not hear anything outside of our room. The breakfast was better than most places we have stayed.
