The hotel is in a safe area; easy to walk to different restaurants and grocery. Staff weren’t so helpful when asking for directions; I had to kill a lot of bugs my first 2 days. Even though I was there for more than 3 days, no one came to clean, change, remove garbage; the breakfast the first 2 days of my stay were abysmal- I know they were waiting for delivery, but there should have been non-carb options- go out to the grocery avd buy yogurt, bagels, spreads.

I'm rating this a 2 because of the terrible customer service at the front desk. It would've been a 1 rating, but I discussed the trouble with the assistant manager who was very sincere and apologetic. The nutshell version of what happened was all due to one employee working the night shift who obviously hates her job and is extremely annoyed if a guest has to bother her for help. I will never return to this hotel and I highly recommend others stay away as well.

The staff were not friendly at all. The shower was dirty when we arrived I had to clean it. The hotel was overall dirty, the carpets and the hallways smelled bad however they never cleaned in 4 nights that I stayed there. The breakfast was really poor, and poor quality. Every evening someone was smoking weed so there was very strong Marihuana smell all over the hallways and they didn’t do anything about it.

Get what you pay for
The hotel provides breakfast on weekdays until 9am. Sadly it was all gone by 8:30 am - the eggs and potatoes. No refill was offered with 30 minutes to go.

Some parts of the hotel are nice others are not. Staff was unfriendly and gave us a dirty room originally. Finally got another room and yes clean sheets, but they didn’t clean out of the fridge from previous guests.

The hotel was very nice and clean. The only problem was everyone awakened at 3:50 am to the fire alarm blaring throughout the building and standing outside for 45 minutes. Never told of a cause, but was very hard to fall asleep again for our very long drive
