Stay started off great, management was super nice and informational about what they accommodated there. The room cleanliness was not good. We got a hot tub king suite and instantly you notice on the hot tub mirror, there were full hand prints. Gross. The room smelled, I had to go buy air freshener to help. The bed was ungodly uncomfortable. Then at midnight, after we got back to our room, we were going to use the hot tub and it wouldn't hold water at all. It would fill and then immediately drain. At check out the next morning, I brought it to their attention and I got accused of not knowing how to plug the tub. It was the simple push. We even tried to push and turn it, just in case, but no. Due then said that i shouldn't called down for someone to fix it. Seriously?? At that hour, we just went to bed. They would not credit anything back to us because we had to book through Expedia. She said we had to book through their site only if we wanted any credit. She said she could see if she could do anything for a future stay, but probably not likely. Even if we lived remotely close, i still wouldn't go back. That woman was absolutely horrible, rude and just not professional at all. Should Not even work there. I would've at least tried to be nice about it. I'm sure if management was there, it would have been a better check out. Stayed in room 324.
