Room was missing furniture from what was shown on their listing. Tried multiple times, multiple ways to get a chair to sit on but was told to sit on the floor because it was safer than using one of the chairs from the breakfast area.

The staff was helpful. It was nice to have the Anchor Bar within walking distance. The room was clean. The airport shuttle van was concerning. It seemed to be in need of some repair. Overall it was a good experience!

Cleanliness needs improvement.
Bed sheets had stains on them and hallways smelled like weed. But the man taking care of the breakfast area was very diligent and very friendly. He was the best part of the stay.

Front seat employee Ganeno was very helpful and understanding of our previous situation and reservations at the red carpet hotel, he welcomed us in, made us feel comfortable while he setup our room, he went above and beyond and empathized with us.Antjuan was the icing on the cake, outstanding around team members,got our breakfast situated and was extremely friendly knowledgeable and professional in the way he set the morning seamlessly up. Breakfast meal was setup perfectly without a hitch. Thank you laquinta!!

First off we couldn't find the place because the sign was out and blocked by trees these trees also blocked the sign on the building. The room was ok but there was no couch or chairs to relax in even though there was a place for some and in the pictures online. The sheer curtain was torn and the black out curtain was broken and was geld closed with a paperclip. It also had dirt on it. The floor had a very noticeable slant in it by the dresser. You could easily feel it while walking over it. The shower, though it looked new, leaked all over the floor and required a towel to keep it in check. The water didn't get very hot. Outside the window was a lot of garbage and a broken down tent probably from a homeless person. I would not recommend this hotel. I have photos but it won't let me upload them.

Nice hotel for a quick night before flying out at 7am. Property could use some TLC, wasn’t the most inviting. Looks like some remodeling started/happened, but still quite rundown and old. It worked for our needs, glad I was able to secure a lower price than my first reservation, because even the lower price was a lot for a quick night. I paid less in Niagara Falls both sides for nicer, right downtown.

Decent hotel for the price. The cleaning crew could do a better job of actually cleaning the bed linens & shower. I found numerous strands of long red curly hair on my pillow, on the one bath towel on the shelf, and on the wall of the shower itself. Do the pillows not get washed or changed out after the prior guests checkout?!
