"All staff we encountered were really helpful and friendly. I accidentally locked myself out my locker at the spa at check out date and the staff were more than happy to help. Had a lovely stay
"Had a lovely stay here, staff were polite, room was clean and bed was comfy. The location was great. We stayed for 3 nights but the room was not cleaned once. It was not a problem for us as we kept it clean but other people might not feel the same."
