Ski in and ski out from this beautiful 5 Bedroom condo in the winter or walk right out to hiking trails during the summer. The home is also a 3-minute walk to the village and base of the mountain for guests to enjoy shopping, dining and the hub of Boyne Mountain Resort. The property sleeps up to 20 guests comfortably offering 2 full kitchens, two master bedrooms and built-in ski lockers with amazingly easy access to the slopes. This beautiful condo has been completely renovated with all new appliances, granite counters, stainless steel appliances, Warm your toes by the indoor fireplace while you watch the skiers go by from the living room. This is the ultimate condo for anyone with kids in ski school - your adjacent to the magic carpet and bunny hill and can watch your skier's entire lesson!
The bedroom configuration for the property is as follows:
Main Level:
Master bedroom with king bed and en suite full bathroom. The master bedroom also has an Ultra High Definition 4k 55" Flat Screen Television. There is an additional bedroom with 2 queen beds with high definition flat screen TV and detached full bath shared with living area. There is also a queen size pull-out sofa bed in the living room. Please note there are approximately 14 steps up to the main level but you can access condo on lowest level without navigating any external steps.
Top Floor: 2 Queen beds with en suite full bathroom and an Ultra High Definition 4k 55" Flat Screen Television. Please note this bedroom is completely enclosed and is NOT an open loft like many other Disciples units.
Bottom Floor: Hosts a second master bedroom with king bed, cozy gas fireplace, and high definition flat screen TV. The additional bedroom on the bottom level has a captain's bunk bed ( twin over full bunk) plus a full and twin bed There is a full bath on the bottom floor as well. ** You may enter condo through this level as well without navigating any steps at all.
Many things make this unit unique aside from its great location on Boyneland: There is a full built-in ski locker that can hold your skis and equipment and a brand new Cyclone Boot Dryer after a day on the slopes. The ski locker is located on the lowest level so there are no steps to navigate as you head our to hit Boyneland. This is a great unit for anyone who prefers not to do stairs as there are no steps into the lower entry door and lower entrance provides access to a full kitchen/bedroom and bathroom without having to do a single step. This unit has a washer and dryer in the lower level.
The living room has an Ultra High Definition 4K flat screen living area - great for watching movies or sporting events!

Boyne Mountain is a golfer and skier's paradise offering the top-rated skiing and snowboarding and golf courses in the Midwest. Boyne also has one of the largest water parks in the Midwest, tennis courts, Deer Lake/Beach, and several dining options. Golf, skiing and snowboarding lessons are available at the resort. We highly recommend purchasing lift tickets, ski rentals and booking tee times for golf in advance. Deer Lake is a public lake for you to enjoy, and 7 miles away is Lake Charlevoix in Boyne City.

Comfortable and welcoming

We came with a party of 12 (6 parents, 6 children age 6 - 10) and had plenty of room to sleep and hang out. The owners were very responsive. The coffee pot was broken and they came over with a new one in under 20 minutes. We visited in the summer and enjoyed the water park. This place would be a skier's dream with the set up on the lower level! We would stay again.

3 Generation Family Vacation

The location was great, even in summer. We could walk to the Boyne village easily, and drive to nearby beaches. Our group of 12 could hang out together, but could have used more chairs for meal times, sitting on the deck, and for lounging. In summer, it would be nice if some of the slope side yard could have been mowed for outdoor play by our small children. Would like to return during ski season.

A spacious, welcoming weekend getaway

Myself and 9 others stayed here for the weekend and had a phenomenal time. Plenty of room to spread out, comfortable beds and accommodations, and located within walking distance of all of the resort amenities we desired. Excited at the prospect of coming back one day!

Beautiful location

Beautiful location right on the mountain at Boyne mountain. Perfect for skiing in and out. Lots of room for sleeping. Love the great room for boots and snow pants and coats along with the boot warmer. Wish there were more seating. Only one couch. Also only eight chairs and one barstool on the main floor so made it a little difficult for sitting around. Overall it was a great place and we would love to do it again.

The space was very clean and updated. There was plenty of space for our multi family family reunion. The beds and linens were very cozy and comfortable. The only complaint we had was there was no grill. Otherwise a very lovely place. We would definitely return.

Just as described…

We had a great long weekend of skiing. We had 10 kids, ages 4 to 15 and six adults. Everyone was comfortable and everyone had a bed. It is literally 10 yards to the slope from the house and super convenient for the ski lodge and Boyne amenities. Three of the kids did lessons and could walk out the door 10 minutes before the lesson started and arrive early. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Fantastic ski in/ski out location

The property was located right on the Boyneland Lift for easy access to day and night skiing. It was nice that the non-skiers in our group could watch us skiing and easily walk into the village to meet the group for lunch. We made good use of the ski locker and boot warmers. The only negative is there is very little eating/hang out space for a house that sleeps so many people.

Extended family summer vacation

Our extended family, 14 people ages 7-70, stayed at this property for 4 nights. It was very clean and fit our group well. Bedrooms were exactly as they were listed, beds were very comfortable. With such a large group, having the extra kitchen downstairs worked out great. 2 refrigerators! Overall a beautiful property and great location,!

Property is arguably one of the best locations at Boyne. The slope side experience is awesome! Condo has plenty of room for multiple families and pretty much every amenity you can think of. We really like the wet room with equipment racks and boot drying system. Property manager was very responsive and helpful Would highly recommend

Fantastic Ski Getaway

Top notch ski in ski out condo. Everything was very clean and it is stocked with ski lockers and boot dryer wall that was an added bonus. Location is premium right on the ski hill. Only issue was wifi did not work, but we never mentioned it to management until check out. Will stay here again.

Boyne Mountains - July 2020

Great experience overall. House was clean and well kept. Enough beds to sleep 16 people comfortably. There was slight discomfort with temperature setting on the 2nd floor and basement but not significant to ruin our vacation and sleep. We had great time overall. Highly recommend the property and the service provided.
