Property was more than I expected in a Northern Michigan setting. Beds were fairly comfortable. TV is super small-more like a computer monitor-but the channel offerings were great! Walls and floors were thin as we could hear a baby crying nearby and a gentleman was at the desk informing them there were little kids jumping around in the room above him. He was sweet and trying not to complain, but it was 10pm! Overall, a nice and convenient place to stay.

We stayed 2 nights. Check in was quick and went well. The rooms were clean, bed was comfortable with very soft sheets. The pillows need to be replaced, kind of flat. Shower and bathroom were clean. I read a few negative reviews before we arrived, and none of them applied to our stay. I would recommend them since the price is so much lower than Mackinac City and island.

Nice home feeling lodge
The service was great and very friendly. The air conditioners were being changed over, and the first room I got had a non working a/c. They changed me with no problems. Bed and towels were very comfortable. Nice 10 minute walk from the airport. Needs a little updating but overall a nice hotel with a lodge feel.

Good place to stay. The hotel was clean and the ataff was very polite and responsive; property was just in need of updates (pool was good). The breakfast, other than the cereal, was well below average.

For a one night stay it was fine, but for the price I have to say it was not super clean- especially areas outside of rooms. Breakfast closed before 10 am and communication at check in was not great regarding anything. The mattress, bedding, towels etc were lower quality and in need of upgrades. No horrible, but for clean freaks and mildly spoiled travelers it will be disappointing.

Convient Hotel
We were there for an overnight stay catching a flight back from our vacation. Very nice people at the desk, the room was clean and comfortable, the man at the front desk drove us to the airport the next morning ar 5:15 AM. Our stay met all our expectations.

We took one look at the little black bugs crawling on the bed, and bug casings on the box spring, and cancelled the booking within 10 minutes of entering the room. We were initially given keys to a room that was occupied by another guest - to her surprise. The new room had a door that would not open until a worker shoved it open with a few forceful attempts. The desk clerk was swamped with multiple customers with problems from assigned rooms being open and not cleaned yet with dirty towels still on the floor - to others seeing little black crawling bugs on the floor and walls. A few rotting bananas and old apple were in the food area in a bowl. The back door did not lock and you could enter without a card - even late at night. I hope the property does not charge us for the cancellation because it was a health and safety hazard. Working with Expedia is not at all as user friendly as the other website I used in this trip.
