The staff turned off the water before I left and when I called the front desk the manager was not only unavailable but in another hotel and the front desk staff found it hilarious that I couldn’t take a shower for some reason! I however did not!! Especially after hiking and hunting for rocks before a full 12 hours of flights!!! I have traveled for many years as a Hilton Honors member and don’t appreciate this service by any means!! I will be back to Bozeman but never back to trish hotel! l

It has been a few years since we stayed at this property and the condition and cleanliness have declined (broken light fixture, sticky kitchen floor, and furniture looking worn). We were still able to enjoy our stay as the staff were kind and helpful.
