Well, the one thing I wanted was a pool and hot tub. But of course, those were closed “until further notice.” The room itself was clean enough, but looked very abused. Things were just not in that great of shape, for example, the bathroom sink looked awful.

Bargain stay without a lot of sacrifice
Overall this was a nice hotel that was reasonably priced. The hot tub was down for the night for maintenance so we were upgraded to a jacuzzi suite at no extra charge. Big pros were: easy access from the interstate, close to several restaurants and our destination, extremely helpful and friendly staff, very clean and updated space, comfortable bed and pillows, shampoo, conditioner, lotion and breakfast. Cons were: breakfast didn’t include hot eggs or meat, no dairy free milk alternative, no bathroom counter space (vanity in bedroom area though with well lit mirror), walls are fairly thin, but not too terrible with the fan on.

I’d stayed in a Microtel before and it was okay. This one seemed very low budget. Tiny TV with no cable, no nightstand light, and one of the beds was lopsided by at least 2”. They were very short staffed.

We booked this property 20 min before arrival.... because it advertised POOL (normally i don't care about them but we were tired and just wanted to soak and relax.. literally the main reason we booked here) . When we got there found out pool was closed for couple days. I say ok.. false advertising.. may we cancel and we will find another property that has a pool.. no big deal.. front desk person tells me no..24hr cancelation policy. Clearly they cared more about stupid 90$ over my lifetime value. Never going back!

Terrible front desk guy and no pool
Was told the pool would be open from 9pm-11pm from the front desk guy who would go in and out from his car that’s blasting music where he would chain smoke and take his time to help anyone at the front desk, then when I get to the hotel at 10pm, I get told by him that he closed the pool early due to “chemicals” and that the pool was open for hours, when it was not.

Overall our stay was fine, but… the smell of animal feces coming from I believe room 118 was nauseating…. We have no issue with staying at hotels that allow pets, but wow!! Just wow!! That smell!! Yikes. Good luck cleaning that room.

The property was fine. Except that the pool and hot tub were not working and that was the main ammenity i was looking forward to for my one night away with my husband. The front desk gal was completely unreasonable and they refused to let me or Expedia talk to a manager or anyone who could make a decision. It was crazy! It was literally impossible for either of us to communicate with her. We will not be back.

I stay here when I pop into bozeman to ski. I am not sure there is a better value anywhere for a hotel. It is always clean, ned is comfortable, and noise is not an issue. I do wish they would put in bigger tvs. Nice hot tub and pool. Breakfast is fine and what you would expect.
