Had a very nice room with hot tub! Very clean. Used the pool, very good but the hot tub by the pool was warm but the jets weren’t working! Breakfast was very good. Our stay was very nice. Thanks.

Pictures on the Expedia site of the family room we booked were deceiving. Got the family room and it showed two regular sized beds in pictures but upon check in there were only the two bunk beds in the room. Room worked well and was neat for a family but we were expecting the full sized beds as well.

When we checked in, there was a hot water heater replacement in progress. Kim, at the front desk, neglected to tell us that we would have no hot water for hours. Then, another desk clerk later said to expect hot water between 8 and 9pm. Didn't happen. Next morning, still no hot water. It was nearly check out time before hot water was restored. Kim, front desk, told me to expect a significant discount on the rate due to the almost 24 hours without hot water. I'm still waiting for that discount to be posted to my card
