The location was great. Condo is just like the pictures. The only issues we had were we could not get the televisions to work and internet service was bad. Beds were harder than our liking, but it was a great condo and close to restaurants and the trolley.

We’ve vacationed at AMI for at least 15 years. This is by far the best property we stayed in. Everything about it was great. If I had an opportunity to improve anything, that would be related to the Best Beach Getaway rental company to be more responsive during the non-work hours and do a thorough cleaning inspection of the property. We had couple of instances that needed their attention. Non of them would stop me from renting this property again. I would live there if I could. We had a great stay, lots of fun.

Sister Birthday Getaway

I love AMI, it was my fourth time vacationing there. The beach is always amazing! This property is in a great location; close enough to walk to the pier & downtown & a short drive to Sarasota to shop at St. Armonds Circle. Lots of restaurants & bars around. I would advise checking menus before going to some of the newer restaurants. What looks casual food wise, may be $$$. This was the first time I have experienced this on the island.

Great location, beach not too busy

Overall it was pretty clean, we didn’t use dressers as there was leftover items from someone else in them. Only issue really was the listing says check out is 11, but cleaning people were on us to get out around 10. Great location, beach not too busy, layout perfect for our family with the bunks. Even had a trundle bed that helped as well. No blender, not an issue but just good to know. Patio a little narrow, but still nice! Nice to have back stair access to the pool and beach. Would definitely stay again!

This condo was perfect for our trip to Anna Maria Island. We rented a golf cart for the week and really enjoyed our stay. The condos beach front is fairly private. Those sunsets views off this condos patio makes it worth every penny. Our family enjoyed this stay and will be back. Thank you.

Our 4th of July Vacation on Anna Maria

This property and location to the beach were awesome. We enjoyed the stay very much. Our bed was amazingly comfortable! Elevator was broken the last two days which presented problems checking out with belongings. Using the stairs was very inconvenient.

Family favorite!

The photos capture this property perfectly. This villa was perfect for our family of 5. The unit has a screened porch overlooking emerald waters and white beach, and down on the pool and hot tub with a spiral staircase out the back door for easy access. We hope to be back again in the future!

Overall great condo, perfect location. I only suggest to change out glass top tables to something more safe. With kids it’s hard to relax knowing there is potential danger. (5yo managed to accidentally break that table, and i was told same unit had that table broken previous week).

Wonderful week on the beach

We had the most wonderful time at this property this past week! Location is just unbeatable - this property is beachFRONT which is so convenient with little kiddos. We were able to walk the beach to several restaurants too. Beach chairs being set out for everyone in the building was awesome. Unit was spotless and check-in was a breeze despite our flight being 6 hours late and us getting in past 1am. We were VERY grateful for that. Know that in covid-era, some things you’re used to seeing in units won’t be there (salt/pepper, etc) but there’s a Publix just 3 minutes away so it was all good! Rooms were well outfitted and we spent many mornings drinking coffee and watching dolphins. Cant wait to come back!!
