Beach House 1 Beach Front Panoramic Sunset Views Screened Lanai

The Beach House Resort #1, located at 1000 Gulf Drive in Bradenton Beach is in a gulf front complex with panoramic beach views. The white, sandy beach stretches for miles in either direction! There are numerous beach side chaise lounges to sit back and enjoy the sunsets or catch up on your reading. It features a large, private spa and spectacular beach views from virtually every room. It's a perfect Anna Maria Island vacation rental property!

Unit #1 at Beach House Resort is a ground level unit with a spacious screened lanai overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. From the bedroom there is even a view of the bay! It has a 55" television in the living room as well as a 55" television in the bedroom. It will sleep four with a queen size bed and a sofa bed in the living room. This unit features a private screened porch and onsite laundry room for your convenience.

This complex is perfect for long weekend getaways, beach weddings or for large family reunions. All nine units together will sleep 42.

Beach House Resort does require a one week minimum rental during winter months as well as June and July. Three night rentals cannot be accepted prior to 30 days before arrival. Rentals of less than one week will be calculated at a higher daily rate.


Parking is limited and restricted to one car per unit.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned condo, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private balcony or patio. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.

Peaceful stay

We love the beach and we’ll keep coming back

The location of being on the beach and quick access to it is what you are paying for here. Kitchen has your basics and no true complaints, overall we’ve stayed here multiple times now and love the location and the beach. Pros: your back porch is the beach, with soft sand(no shells) and you’re close to multiple restaurants and stores. The Cons ( are not deal breakers because the beach is fabulous): the mattress is not good- super soft and sinks in. There is road traffic noise(but we didn’t notice because we always bring a sound machine), it’s not the easiest to get your car in and out due to the location being right up against the main road but again you are right on the beach. Kitchen was stocked nice however just be aware there are no basic spices like salt and pepper and we did run into issue of preparing meals due to lack of sharp cooking knives. You are supplied with a good amount of beach supplies and even a little lunch box cooler too which is great- however they have these white layout chairs in the front of the property on the beach and unfortunately only 3 don’t have holes or are broken/missing portions of the chair…(between the use of these amongst multiple units, I really feel there is a need to get new chairs or at least trash the ones that are completely Unusable) Very minimal issues and overall we would come again!

The beach was well kept and the water is perfect. The condo was nice but a little dated. The master king bed needs a soft overlay foam mattress it was a little hard. Shower heads run very slow so it takes a while to get soap out of your hair. The view was amazing being on top unit and being in the corner. It would be nice if there was an elevator when moving in and out. Would like to go back.

Perfect beach house

This is a great location for a laid-back beach vacation. You step out of the lanai directly onto the sand. Watch sunsets as you eat dinner. Nicely equipped kitchen. Reserved parking spot is right outside the door. Restaurants and shops are just a few blocks away.

Would stay here again!!

Perfect location, right in the beach! Restaurants are close enough to walk, Wicked Cantina is the best!! Beware tho the folks upstairs can be loud I had to contact mgt about that. Otherwise awesome!!! Beach chairs were always available, my bed was SO comfortable!!! We never used the pull out couch. You just can’t go wrong here!

Location is ideal - right on the beach, views of the ocean from the covered patio which was awesome. Walking distance from many restaurants. Space itself was very comfortable. Bedroom is facing the street but noise was not an issue for us. Would stay here again!

Relaxing week at the beach

Great location and great view. The unit is right on the beach. You step out of the lanai onto the sand. The unit was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. Parking is convenient, right outside the door. There are shops and restaurants in easy walking distance. Overall a relaxing experience.

I took my daughter here for a graduating gift. Was a good beach spot not so much road spot. Had local workers yelling/fighting outside our window 1st night at 1:00 in the morning. On beach side outside our sunroom had lots of building debry and odd stuff thrown around. Not very private of a sun room.

Perfect for littles

We chose this property because it had a screened in porch on the beach. We knew outlet 2 year old couldn't tolerate being in the hot sun too long but we still wanted to enjoy the beach. This was perfect. The room was small but so cozy that way. We thought there was only one bed until we realized the couch had a pull out bed, which worked perfect for us. It was all updated, nicely decorated, and so clean. We'll stay here every time if possible. It is also next to two of our favorite restaurants on the island, Wicked Cantina and Gulf Drive Cafe. Wonderful rental option!!

30th Anniversary Trip COVID Style

The property was oceanfront within walking distance to several restaurants. It was clean and exactly as described. Due to COVID travel restrictions, we decided to visit AMI for the first time. This was an alternative trip to the celebration we anticipated for our 30th anniversary. We had loads of fun with excursions in the area. We experienced horse back riding in the ocean, kayaking, Fort De Soto National Park, St. Armands Circle and Lido Beach, a sunset cruise in Sarasota, Egmont Key, Bean Point, and a chartered fishing trip. We dined at many of the local restaurants. It was a wonderful, memorable trip!

Refreshing birthday weekend

I didn't want to turn 40 in gloomy cold PA, so for my birthday we booked a trip to Anna Maria Island and it didn't disappoint. It was the perfect location. Close to food and shopping. Easy drive to other parts of the island. Water was beautiful. The condo had everything we needed. It had a screened in porch that you could sit and watch the sunset over the water. Definitely recommend

Fabulous. We loved being right on the beach, listening to waves at night, swimming, etc.

This was a great place for what we wanted, walk out the door and go body surfing or watch shore birds. Being on ground floor was a bonus because we could sit on porch during afternoon storms and also it was screened. There was a constant breeze and it kept it cool and fresh. We rented bikes and they were delivered and picked up and that made for easy transportation to places we visited. We strongly recommend a meal at the Beach House. Food, atmosphere and staff were great. We were a bit concerned on arrival that a restaurant/tiki bar was right next door, but we didn’t even hear noise and everyone observed the island’s quiet hours. You won’t notice it’s there. If I had any complaints it would be that there were a handful of smokers staying at the building and they tended to smoke on their balcony or porch. Most of the time you couldn’t tell, but we’d prefer not catching whiffs of cigarette smoke while sitting on the porch with morning coffee. Overall, if you want a place you can walk out the door and be in the ocean check this one out.
