We had a wonderful time on Anna Maria due in part to the exceptional condo we rented. The owners were extremely responsive to any questions we asked and their listing was exactly as we pictured-no surprises. We would definitely rent this condo again. The beach was beautiful!

A Piece of Heaven on the Beach
We had a wonderful time at Coquina Beach Club. The condo is everything as described and more. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you could possibly need, and we appreciated the beach chairs, towels, and umbrellas as we flew in from PA. We also appreciated how clean the place was! Any communication with our host was answered quickly. We are looking forward to coming back next year!

Fourth of July family vacation
The condo was in excellent condition. Tastefully decorated, filled with household necessities. The view of the water was outstanding, sunset included. There was trouble with the clothes dryer but the owner responded immediately on the holiday and it took a day off-site to repair. Overall, it was a wonderful experience for ourselves and our adult children.

We enjoyed our week at this condo. It was clean, neat, and well stocked with everything needed for a wonderful, relaxing vacation. Nice restaurants were nearby. The communication with the owners was excellent. The views from the all glass front sliding doors through the balcony to the beach are stunning! Would highly recommend staying here!!

Wonderful vacation
We had a wonderful vacation @ this unit. There was 4 adults staying at the unit and we had plenty of space. The unit had everything we needed and was situated at a perfect location on the beach. We walked to Bridge street everyday and visited the many bars and restaurants. The food and service was great, everyone in our group was very happy with all of the meals. All of the wait staff and people we met were very friendly. We definitely would come back and stay at this unit,

Perfect place on the beach
This is one of the nicest appointed rental properties we've stayed at. Very clean and had all of the amenities you can think of. The kitchen is very well stocked so if you want to stay in and cook, you have everything you need. The property manager was very responsive to any needs during our stay. The beach area was perfect and we enjoyed sitting out on the balcony - the perfect spot to watch the dolphins and take in sunset.

We loved this condo, location, view, amenities and ease of communication with the owner. The condo was extremely clean and the beds were so comfortable. Salt, pepper, olive oil all provided with ample cookware and dishes. We rented a car plus a golf cart. There is ample parking. Beach umbrella provided worked perfect and condo lounge chairs you can pull onto the beach are such a nice amenity. Love our stay here!

Right on beautiful, uncrowded beach—unbeatable Gulf view
Well located, one mile above the hubbub of Bridge Street & the traffic jams approaching Cortez Bridge, but just 2 miles south of main supermarket & drug stores. AMI is not large, and there is a free trolley plus Uber-like golf cart taxis, but having a car permits easy access to points north of the property. You are far from any public beach, so beach in front of property is almost private. The condo is modern, clean, well equipped with everything from umbrellas and quality beach towels to binoculars to cooking gear. Only staples provided are a roll of paper towels, facial tissues and ample TP; apparently owners cut out things like salt & pepper, condiments and the like with the advent of COVID. Maybe it is time to revisit that policy in view of current medical knowledge. In any case, coffee filters & paper napkins would have been nice. Owner and her daughter were always quickly responsive to any questions, and take justifiable pride in the apartment. AMI is a charming island with plenty of dining choices. Low built with only two structures we saw that were over 2-3 stories; dripping with character from the honky tonk beachy establishments in the south to the exclusive neighborhood of mansions in the NW on the bay side. What a great way to spend a week, punctured just a bit by a very windy day (winds from the south) leading to a bad attack of red tide on the last day that emptied the beaches, leaving coughing people and dead fish in its wake.
