Comfortable 2 bedroom/1 bathroom with roomy living room and full kitchen. VIEW the gulf from the front of the property, 2 minute walk to the Gulf of Mexico. Old Florida home (quadraplex) with clean modern twist. Heated pool (*in winter)... and just steps to cross over Gulf Drive and onto the beach of the Gulf of Mexico! Great location with easy access to beach. Enjoy the pristine white sand beaches so famous on Bradenton Beach. Watch the sunsets from the front yard or sun rise on the Inter Coastal Waterway off Tampa Bay.

This 2 bedroom/1 bath unit sleeps 4 max. King bed in one bedroom, 2 twin beds in second bedroom. Full kitchen stocked with dishes/pots/pans, etc. --enough to cook in if desired! Oven. Microwave. House is ground level and opens onto a fenced area with swimming pool and backyard area that is shared by other paying guests staying at property. This is 1 unit of a 4 of Old Florida style home. NOT A PARTY HOUSE! Homey and cozy. Pool deck is ideal for relaxation with chaise lounges and tables and chairs. Grill in backyard.

Within walking distance to a variety of island restaurants. Free Island trolley comes to the corner and takes you from one end of the island to the other. Visit all the beaches, fishing docks, entertainment, beachfront restaurants and bars, shopping and so much more.

Perfect First Visit to Anna Maris

Wanting something very different from bustling, high rise beach towns, my family chose Anna Maria Island and it did not disappoint! The apartment is very convenient to the Cortez Bridge and a few restaurants and a gas station. Walk out the front door and a 3 minute walk to the right gets you to a quiet beach perfect for sunny days and catching the gorgeous sunsets. A 5 minute walk to the left, takes you to the quiet Bayside, where you can watch the sunrise. The apartment itself was quiet, clean, and very cute. For a family of four, including 2 kids, it had everything we needed. We enjoyed the shared backyard pool and the quiet, walkable neighborhood. No steps made it ideal for hauling gear to the beach and easily accessing the outdoor shower to rinse off sandy feet. I appreciated the on-site, washer and dryer, laundry baskets for collecting and transporting laundry, and little touches such as night, lights, and many hooks for towels both in and outside the unit.Highly recommend!

Great location

This unit was in a prime location, within steps to the beautiful beach. Accomodations were comphy and good. We had everything we needed for our 9 day stay. The owner was super friendly, communicative and always available if we needed anything. Our family will definitely be back!

Beautiful Beach Getaway

This condo is perfect for a stay at Bradenton Beach. It is directly across the street from a beautiful white sand beach and has a pool located in the back of the property. Jill was a wonderful host and very attentive to any and all of our needs. She kept an open line of communication should we have needed anything. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Great vacation stay!

The property was in a perfect location. We loved that end of the island and the few short steps to the beach! The cottage was adorable and so very comfortable for all of us to relax in the evenings and rainy afternoons. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook at home (bring your own groceries ), it was super clean and Jill was a fantastic owner/manager to communicate with. We will be back!

Great spot for a family trip

Jill was very communicative and helpful when needed. The property is in a great location for beach access (right across the street) and within walking distance of multiple restaurants/bars. Good amount of room for a family of four. You do share the pool area with a couple of other units and the pool isn't very big but we didn't swim much and the temporary "neighbors" we talked to were nice so these weren't a negative for us. Great time overall.

Nice Little Beach Condo

Exactly as described and pictured. No surprises. Very nice little beach condo with two bedrooms and one bath. Greatly appreciated the cubbies in each room for organizing our items. Located just across the street from the beach. The pool is small, but we had it to ourselves here and there and even when shared, it is only a few condos total that share it (4 I think). Not many places on AMI with pools, so it was nice to have. There is a lovely spa/massage place right across the street as well which is really nice. Jill was very communicative and helpful. The washer was not working, but there were plenty of towels for our short stay. The only real negative is there is no dishwasher and guests are asked to wash dishes themselves. The guests before us must have just rinsed things and put them back because all the dishes were dirty. The coffee mugs had rings of old coffee in them. This was pretty gross and the reason for the 3 stars for cleanliness. Everything else was clean and organized.

Exceptional stay

My first time on AMI - So happy i chose to stay here! Clean, cute, quiet place with everything you need and more. Owner is very communicative and very responsive- she made sure we had everything we needed and were happy. Access to an uncrowded, white sand beach is just steps away. Publix is just down the road and the free island shuttle stop is also practically in front of the door. I am very happy to have found this little gem, it was a very peaceful little getaway, i will certainly be back!

Perfect Stay!

This was my first trip to AMI and I’m so glad I chose this property to stay in. Nicely remodeled, comfy bed, and well laid-out. We were thrilled with the proximity to the beach, it’s seriously a one-minute walk. Pool was warm enough to get in and the patio was enjoyable too.

Happy bright place so close to beach!

Such a great sunny place SO close to a fantastic beach. The kitchen was well-appointed with everything you need to cook and prepare food. For being so central to everything, it was so quiet at night. No road or other noise. The owner responded to questions via text within a few minutes. We loved our stay there!

Right on the beach

Booked a quick getaway and the property was everything I needed to feel rejuvenated. I love that the had lots of lights, easy to use/well stocked kitchen (gas stove!), and the pool. Would def stay here again.

The condo was well equipped with anything anyone could possibly want, spotlessly clean and daily checks from Jill to make sure everything was satisfactory. It was more than that. This was a beautiful, cozy home and we spent the greatest time in Anna Maria Island. Steps from the beach and so close to restaurants . I will stay longer in this convenient place next time.

Perfectly Beach-y Home away from home

Jill’s beach house was just perfect-the location, the decor, the accommodations and amenities. Felt like ‘home’, but better because you are just a couple minute’s walk from a beautiful, in crowded beach! Communication with Jill was great, and she went above and beyond in accommodating our extended family and their pup. Will definitely be back!

Amazing Location

I have stayed at this property 5 or 6 times now and I have had positive experiences each time. Property management is extremely responsive and accommodating. The property is gorgeous and well maintained every time. It is also just steps from public beach access. This is where I will stay anytime I am in the area.

Everything was great. Location is a very short walk to the beach. Property has everything you might need already in place and host is very responsive. Only complaint was there was a lot of dust that triggered my allergies. Although, If you are not sensitive to dust you wont even notice it.
