NEWLY renovated 2 Bed 2 Bath beach style home, 1680 square feet has all the amenities & comforts of home. An easy flowing floor plan invites you into comfortable, color filled spaces. Comes fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. The interior of this house beautifully renovated & decorated for beach loving guests to fully enjoy and relax. Custom window treatments, upgraded light fixtures, ad hand-picked furniture are the main highlights of the house. Enjoy your food at the dining table that seats up to 6 guests with views of the crystal blues pool and surrounded green landscapes. The inviting, white shells landscaped backyard features a patio, grill and fire pit. Wonderful Get-a-Way
Maggie, her home and the area are a clear win for us!! Close to anything you’d want to do or anything you might need but set away from the hustle of the area. Basically 15 minutes drive from anything. The house itself had everything you could want, was clean and the communication from our hostess was fantastic! If you’re heading down to the area, this property does not disappoint!!

The place was wonderful! Photos don’t do it justice. House very clean, well decorated, loved all the little extras. The pool was so relaxing. Plenty of beach stuff. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful Vacation!
The house is perfect! Beautifully decorated. Has everything you could need. Great location. Owner is wonderful. Responds quickly. Our only issue was the pool had dirt in the bottom when we got there. The pool guy came on the Friday before we left. Pool was still dirty when he left. Looked like he only put chemicals.

Spring Getaway
This was the most thoughtfully stocked VRBO we have ever visited! Anything you could possibly need or want is available for your stay. The property is in a nice, quiet neighborhood, exceptionally clean and perfectly laid out. It is warmly decorated with a beachy vibe and extremely comfortable. The pool was wonderful and while we didn’t have time to use the shuffleboard court or the fire pit, they certainly looked inviting. The hosts, Maggie and Peter, were very responsive and kind. We hope to return for a longer stay and recommend this home to anyone.

This location was perfect. The house was spotless. The host was the best and we cannot tell you enough how much you will love this home. May be the best I have stayed in to date. Just loved it. Neighborhood was quiet, well kept and Del Taco right down the street. Pool was clean and so well kept, the tiki bar spot was where we spent all if our time. Just wonderful.

Rental was as described no surprises. Well stocked home and kitchen. Maggie had everything you could possibly need for cooking, biking, golf, beach and pool fun. The only thing I would recommend is an upgrade to the actual beach chairs not the camp chairs. Great overall experience even though the weather was not cooperating!!

Book this one!
This house was the absolute BEST!!! You will not find a better house to stay in!!! We loved the pool, outdoor shuffle board, bikes, board games, beach toys, and just every little detail of this house! & most importantly VERY CLEAN! We cooked all our dinners in and went to a different ice cream parlor every night. The beach was only a 10-15 min drive. If we are ever back in the area again, we will definitely book with Maggie!

This house was an absolute treasure to find. It’s clean and decorated so beautifully. The owners spared nothing in terms of detail. The kitchen was well stocked, there is a large spacious and comfortable living room, and the most beautiful lanai. The pool and backyard is an oasis. They have a great stock of beach chairs and umbrellas which was a big bonus and made our time @ the beach perfect It’s away from the hustle and bustle of the touristy beaches but so centrally located that everything is just a short drive away. 10/10 would stay here again.

We had the perfect week long experience at the cozy beach house. The house was beautifully decorated and so clean and comfortable. The outdoor space was awesome and we enjoyed our time at the house so much! Very close drive to beaches and great restaurants and tons to do for both adults and kids alike. Definitley plan on staying again next year!

My family of four (with 2 teens) stayed here for 5 days and we didn't want to leave. The house is wonderful! The two bedrooms are on opposite sides of the house so we had plenty of room. We loved the pool and outdoor sitting area (with TV). We even learned how to play shuffleboard! My daughter loved the shell backyard! The house is in a quiet residential neighborhood so we had to drive to restaurants, but most places were only 5-15 minutes away. It was also great having a full kitchen so we even stayed in for a few nights! We are baseball fans so we loved that LECOM park was only 10 minutes away and the Tropicana Field was 40 minutes away. We would absolutely stay here again if we are in the area!

Wonderful time!
Maggie and Peter’s cozy beach house was so much fun for our family! Beautiful decor and so many thoughtful details throughout the home. Kitchen and outdoor entertainment space were perfect! My boys played in the pool everyday, (most days twice a day!) Very centrally located to several local beaches and attractions. Lots of great restaurants. Very quiet and clean neighborhood. Would 100% recommend!

I enjoyed my stay, yet I didn’t realize it was Spring break for Michigan, Wisconsin, & Ohio kids. It was packed everywhere, and the restaurants were a 2-3 hr wait. I still had a great time celebrating my 60th Birthday. The house my friend and I stayed at was awesome and so relaxing. The decor and the pool were very enjoyable. I would recommend this vacation rental. Also the food was good.. Starfish Company and the Cottage were the best. Thank you again.

This home is so clean. It is exactly as pictured. Maggie, the owner, is easy to work with and prompt with replies to questions. Everything we needed was at the house. It is about 15 minutes from great beaches but we loved just hanging out by the pool and eating in. Perfect get away.

This house was Perfection! Maggie and Peter created a wonderful welcoming home..from the decor to the best night sleep ever..Perfect pool .. and had a blast at shuffleboard! this house is less than 10 minutes to Ana Marie Island, 5 minutes from excellent food shopping including our fav Cortez Fish Market...best fresh fish daily for excellent meals! Fabulous casual dining ..our Favs were Cortez Clam Factory and Tide Tables!! so Delicious!! We had our Friends join us and they were thrilled with everything the house offered... we loved our around town bike rides! and the Woodstorks hanging out in yards- beautiful birds.. overall was a 10+ on all accounts!!! thank you for the memories Maggie & Peter in your vacation home!! xoxo
