The condo was perfect. It is in a very quiet neighborhood and the atmosphere was very relaxing after a long day of exploring the nearby Coquina Beach and Siesta Key. Beds were comfortable, showers hot, and tvs were easy to use. Thank you for a wonderful condo to create our memories.

Great location

We had a great time at this property. It’s a perfect location and within walking distance of a publix and restaurants. The unit was extremely clean and one of the best stocked properties I’ve ever stayed at. My only negative was the pool is not kid friendly. I wasn’t aware this was more of a retirement community. The pool rules were extremely strict. Be prepared to gently enter the water and peacefully push through it. We ended up leaving and going to the beach so it wasn’t a big deal for us but could be for someone else. There are several beaches not far away and was our initial plan. We came in between 2 major hurricanes and thankfully found a beach that was open. The unit itself was perfection and the owner was extremely prompt in answering my questions.

We were quite pleased with our stay for a senior and two young adults. Accommodations were great, clean, updated, and every needed amentity needed during our week's stay was right there for us. Nearby to Anna Maria Island and central to all of our Fla. west coast activities in Sarasota, St. Pete, Tampa. All types of shopping and restaurants nearby or a short trip away. Access to many fishing and beach options. The on-sight pools, hot tub, pool table were a hit. I had one question and was responded to quickly and thoroughly. We all highly recommend and hope to return. Thank you for making our stay feel like a home away from home.

Great Location for Soccer Families

The host’s communication is professional and prompt. The listing is accurate, and the neighborhood is quiet. The pool and hot tub are heated and clean. The condo is recently upgraded, and it is beautiful. Overall, great location for soccer travel and small families. Suggestions for improvement: 1) get new knives that are sharp, provide cooking tongs and a baking sheet. The outside light shines directly in the second bedroom; therefore, fit the blinds or put up light blocking curtains. It is hard to sleep with that light shining in so bright. Provide more than two beach towels for the pool. Finally, it is suggested that you wash the comforters after each visit due to sanitary concerns. It might be good to double-check your cleaners every now and then. The walls in the guest bedroom are getting really dirty and the bathroom door needs to be wiped down. There was also dirty swifter wipes thrown on the top shelf of the bathroom closet.
