The hot tub was out if service. It was stated online early this week it was up and working, so we booked this hotel. When we asked about the hot tub we were told it stopped working 2 days ago. That would've been an acceptable answer, but the staff member pretended to contact manager about it via phone. It was very strange. The staff was rude, repeated stating that I needed to call 24 hours before hand to ask about the hot tub. Again strange. The room was clean enough, but the bed was lumpy and pillows very flat. It was very uncomfortable. There was also a fire alarm in the room with a green light on that was so bright during the night. Not a fan. In the morning, we said good morning x2 to the housekeeping staff to be polite and she didnt even look at us as she was passing in the hallway. The front desk staff saw my husband and said they would have called to give offer a better room since the hot tub wasnt working, but it was late and there would be a fee. My in-laws are rewards members for Wyndham and they recommended we stay here. Well we will not be staying here again. Honestly if the staff weren't so rude we wouldn't have worried about the rest of it. We paid way more then it was worth to stay here. I do not recommend.
