Convenient and affordable stay for a short trip! Decent option for free breakfast and comfortable beds. Love this option for when we need to bring our dog since they are pet friendly. Drawbacks is that our room smelled like cigarette smoke even though it's supposedly no-smoking and the towel rack was broken off the wall. Otherwise, everything was fine and we'd stay again for a quick stay passing through.

Mostly good stay
Blinds were really dirty but the room was clean overall. Light switch by the door did nothing so I had to find the bathroom light to see anything. Light over bed worked but desk light did not. My room was convenient to an exit near dog walking area which I appreciated. Breakfast was good. Bed was comfy and clean

Decent overnight stay.
I was staying one night in Baxter to attend the races at BIR. This was a nice little hotel that covered the bases and was well taken care of. I had no issues with my stay, and everything seemed clean. I would definitely stay there again. Thanks much !!

No elevator for 2nd floor. Slept in room right next to stairway, heard everyone who came up the stairs. Gap on bottom of door would allow anyone who wanted to peak under door into room.

The person that checked me in was super nice and very accommodating. I would stay there again if I was in that area. The room was clean and bed was made perfectly. Bed was not bad, but a little firm for my taste. AC worked good and overall the room was comfortable.
