1: the room we reserved was a suite, but the hotel gave us a regular room instead, it wasn’t good because the bedrooms sink was clogged and water wouldn’t drain, The bed sheets was not clean, we asked extra pillows we didn’t get it. 2: we selected a hotel because it had a pool, so we reserved it, however, when we checked in, the front desk told us that the pool is under renovation, so no pool for our vacation that was planned, so disappointed.

For the past few years we have come the rooms have had an odor in them. And there is never anything done. The pool is never open and the ice machine is also broke/un usable.

I like the location and convenience with the hotel - but I wondered why the equipments given are poor or not working in the hotel - apparently these hotels part of Radisson group but no smart TVs, no good carpets indoor and ice dispenser doesn’t work, pool was in maintenance and not working& just two bathroom towels - but the sty will be so quiet which is really nice- if the management focus on improving above lacked, it would be a good one for anyone’s stay.

The front desk staff are top notch. The pool and ice machine being broken the whole stay wasn’t great, we also didn’t receive house keeping nor clean towels the whole weekend.

The stay was horrible. The hotel was severely understaffed. Room service was offered only upon request and was not guaranteed. We were told the pool was "under construction" (which it wasn't); it was simply closed because the hotel did not want to maintain it. The kitchen was dirty, the front porch was littered with cigarette butts for days, and the hotel rug looked and smelled like it hadn’t been cleaned in a year. The Wi-Fi wasn’t working, and the electrical outlets near the beds were not fully operational. They often leave one person to attend to the entire vicinity overnight, which made me feel unsafe at times. If you check in at night, chances are you will have to wait 10-15 minutes for the receptionist to show up (I saw it with my own eyes). I wish I could post some photos—you really have to see it to believe it. OUTRAGEOUS. STAY AWAY.
