Our stay was terrible. Traffic noise all night, our bed was so uncomfortable. The right side was broken down so bad that when we sat on it to tie our shoes we almost slid to the floor. Oh there was no chair except poorly desk chair. Worst night sleep! The jacuzzi tub had been removed leaving a BIG open space in the room that could hold a chair! Lighting was very poor. Electrical outlet kept dropping our phone charging cord. Refrigerator was cool, not cold. Bathroom floor had a rough spot that my sock got snagged on. Breakfast was not all that good too and we got there before 7 AM and any crowd. Attendant yelled across the room to another guest telling her how to fix her waffle. Cloth seats in dining area were stained. Overall VERY BAD! We've stayed here before and never had such an experience! Won't return!

It’s like sleeping without a door on your room
Not a secure property!! My roommate left his key in the room when he went to his vehicle to retrieve something. He reported the woman at the desk made him a new key at his request without verifying any information. The room was not in his name and he did not check in. He reported the employee was on her cell phone talking to someone in a foreign language and didn’t act concerned at all. He could have been a thief trying to gain access to my room to steal something or harm me. Scary!!

It was an okay stay. Have stayed there before, stayed again because of the comfortable beds and pillows. The room was clean and had been remodeled, but floor felt like the mopping solution wasn't right because floor was a little sticky in places. Front desk at check-in could have handled their snafu between them a little better than at the desk.
