This property was okay for a short weekend stay. The bath mat in our bathroom had mold on the bottom of it and we noticed that the pool area never seemed to be cleaned. The used towel bin was over flowing, they had little to no towels and there was trash on the ground that hadn’t been cleaned both nights we were there. The toilet lever stuck down so if you didn’t push it back up the toilet would constantly run. Over all the property just seems to need some upkeep, a few more staff members and maybe some updates. The pool was heated which the kids really loved and the desk people were friendly. The rooms were a good size which was nice as a family of 4. We would stay here again for short term visits.

Nice room, half roll of toilet paper, four tissues in kleenex box, had to clean filters on heater/ air conditioner. Air conditioner was on when it was 32 degrees outside. Breakfast was mediocre.

Nice sized room which was very comfortable. Hot breakfast every morning in a large room that would accommodate a good crowd. This hotel location is off the busy, main street, making access in and out quick and easy.

We stay here a few times a year, and it always has the best continental breakfast. It is also cleaner than most other places. The breakfast was great again this year, although there was no apple or orange juice (but the strawberry-kiwi juice was a good replacement). However, one negative aspect of this trip was that the pool house was rather chilly this year. But the biggest issue was the cleanliness. It was not as clean as usual. The sheets were not very clean, and we ended up killing a roach in the room. Finally, their customer service is always excellent, but the lady at the front desk on this trip was not overly friendly or helpful. We were a little surprised at that because that has never happened. All in all, we likely will explore other options when we return to Branson next time.

So, in the shower the know was covered in black mold. Its an old hotel so yes the carpet and tile just look dirty if they werent... i am not a fan of light when im sleeping. The door leaks lights. The window leaks light. The only good thing about this hotel is the pool. It was clean. It was warm. It didnt reak of chlorine. The hot tub is small but nice. For the price it was a fine stay. Oh and the breakfast was small. And they only had potatoes with cinnamon on them. So that was wierd. No pop. No water. Out of juice. Only waffles sausage and powder eggs cereal and toast oh and so mamy mandarine oranges.

Our view was the back side of the tower. No view at all. The air was very weak. The bed was hard. There was a french fry in the bathroom floor when we got there. When we left someone had been in our room to replace towels without us asking , with all our belongings and shopping bags in the room. Felt very uncomfortable. Will never be back.

Good location, the pool and hot tub were lovely, great choice for families with children, but the breakfast area was extremely busy both mornings of our stay which made it difficult to get food and was too crowded to really sit and enjoy a meal.

Our room smelled dirty and moldy. The room as clean but stunk. The bed sheets didn’t fit the bed so they kept coming off. The pillows are terrible too. We have stayed here before but won’t again.
