The location cannot be beat if you’re looking to do sightseeing in NYC! The valet parking and complimentary/discounted breakfast was nice. The bed was very comfortable but the room lacked in some basic amenities such as adequate lighting and a place to hang your clothes.

Let down a little
Room not really as shown on booking website, so a bit of a let down but it did suffice for our needs. Hotel is extremely well placed for theatres etc and staff are on the whole friendly and helpful. 1930's decor in main areas is lovely. Security is good, apart from when we left our cases after check out.. we came back and just took them from an unminded alcove in reception we could have been anyone and were not challenged

The staff is friendly and helpful; however, we were told we were getting a mini fridge but it never came. But in the whole, we had a great time, and we live Friedman’s.

The property is located only a few hundred metres away from Times Square and Broadway. We enjoyed all that NY had to offer. Very convenient and friendly attentive staff. Very helpful with booking shows and airport transfers
