Stay away!
After checking in we had to go to another desk just to get a parking pass which I thought was odd. But it was so they could harass you into taking an hour and a half out of your vacation to do an open house. Get to our rooms and the floors were absolutely soaked. Walked on wet floors all night. Jetted tub blew out dirt and a hairball and the coffee maker took 30 minutes to make a pot of coffee. Oh yes and the dirty dishes in the cabinet. AVOID this place!

I know this property was bought out by Hilton. It is definitely not up to Hilton standards. When we arrived in our room the toilet handle was broken. The carpet was very dirty and so was the screened in porch. Maintenance came pretty quickly to fix the toilet. The pool was great. And it was pretty quiet. Great location.

The accommodations were very nice except the refrigerator wasn’t working the best. It barely made ice but there was an ice machine on the 1st floor. We also had some melted ice cream. The only other thing that bothered us was that when we checked in, the woman at the counter said “Oh, you’re by the lake!” and I thought wow! Nice! She also said the building was newly renovated. Well, the only view we had was of other buildings and it was a bit confusing finding our building. It was also quite a ways from the pool and mini golf. Too bad the renovation didn’t include a better refrigerator. Other than those few issues, we did enjoy the accommodations and location in regard to Branson. We were in building 16. If you want to be near the pool, etc, ask for buildings in the 20’s. It is a beautiful property.

The property needs some major repair. It looks run down. It's a shame cause it has some amazing views. There were so many bugs and tons of webs and spiders. Webs up and down the stairs in the door ways. 😳 The size of the accommodations were awesome but the cleanliness was lacking.

Have stayed a few times. Perfect location for what we do in Branson. Seemed as if the rooms have been updated! Very nice and clean. Only complaint would be the thin walls. We sleep with a nose machine for the kids so it didn't bother us. Our neighbors on the otherhand may not have liked hearing happy kids at 7am!

Nice enough
The room itself was very nice and comfortable. There were plenty of towels, and everything (TVs, washer/dryer, dishwasher, oven, AC) worked. There was some damage in the bathroom that needed repair, but it did not interfere with our stay. We spoke with a concierge when we arrived and were assured that the concierge personnel could help us get reduced cost tickets to local attractions. However, when I visited the concierge desk during my stay there was no one present. Apparently their hours are very limited (like 11:00 AM to 4:45 PM), which prevented us from using this service. Also the indoor pool was closed as was one of the hot tubs. The other hot tubs were kept at 100 degrees or less, which really isn't a hot tub.

We took our two grand boys to Branson and stayed at the Falls. Our room was excellent with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. There was 2 pull out couches and we had only thought there would be one--so the boys enjoyed having their own bed after being together the whole day. It was nice to have the extra space. My husband really enjoyed getting in the jet tub after all the walking at Silver Dollar City. The room was clean, and the linens were excellent.Couldn't ask for anything else.
