Area, location was O.K. To enter Shower/Bathtub we had to step over a 20 inches high wall, not useful for elderly. Condo was at bottom floor, had lots of people coming by, marginally clean, some furniture had damages. Heat air-intake was dirty. Overall fair, a little disappointing.

Our condo was spacious and had all the necessities we needed like shampoo, shower gel, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, etc. the room was clean and we very much enjoyed our stay. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. Some areas need to be updated and things changed out but still in good condition. We enjoyed our stay here very much.

We stayed in a condo for three nights. It fit our needs, and we would return again. We were very comfortable there. There were a few small issues,such as a broken blind, a missing knob on the stove, and the porch door only opened part way and with difficulty. But we did like the layout and the furniture was in goid shape.

Room was a great size. Full size kitchen and fridge. Ice delivery was included in the resort fee so that was nice. Would stay again but be prepared for them to ask you to participate in a time share talk.

This property has such great potential, with nice large units, easy parking, and quiet location. Unfortunately the room desperately needed updating. Carpet was worn and dirty, furniture was pretty beat up, more than likely the original placed in the units 20+ years ago. We enjoyed on nice screened in balcony, but the screen and siding was dirty. In my opinion, deferred maintenance is a problem.

Stayed for two days and my ac in both of my rooms didn’t work. I booked two rooms that were connected. Maintenance couldn’t fix it the entire time I was there. Was never offered to move to new room. Probably the worse stay I ever had at a hotel.

The staff and room were great. The staff put a gift in the room for our anniversary. The room was clean in great shape. The signs on the road, going to the buildings, are pretty bad, need to be bigger and reflective. The nightstand isn’t accessible from the bed due to the walls on either side of the bed. We had a great stay keep up the good work.

Family trip to Branson to celebrate my birthday. The check-in process went smoothly and the apartment had plenty of space to include a screened porch, full kitchen, master and 2nd bedroom, 2 bathrooms, living room, and full use of the grounds. We had a wonderful time.
