Room was nice. Only issue that we experienced was the shower. Lack of pressure is an understatement. I informed the desk as we were checking out as we only used the shower once. The large bathtub was nice to relax in after a lomg day

I really enjoyed our stay. The accommodations were clean, comfortable and roomy. It's not the newest place, but that doesn't bother me. Our screened in balcony was nice. We enjoyed the amenities, such as free mini golf. The location was also nice, only a few minutes away from all Branson has to offer.

Steps with no handrail were challenging since I am handicapped. Had a load of laundry waiting for us in the dryer. Bathroom had wet bath and pool towels shoved into the linen closet. Shower curtain was not long enough to cover the entire pole. Carpet was dirty. Wasp in the living room. Need I say more.

So many great amenities on property. Great location for driving to Branson restaurants and activities. Checkin services were excellent. Did not like the overly aggressive sales pitch by the lady at the event arranger station to receive our parking pass. Loved the text option for service requests and checkout. Our room was not restocked with shower curtain and toiletries but the front desk had that remedied right away. Very pleased with the value of our stay.

The customer service and the free amenities that the resort offered were very nice. However, some of the units need to be updated. Our family has stayed at this resort several times and this time, we stayed in Building 23 and it wasn’t as updated as we were used to having at this establishment. There was white caulking around the bathtub and the tub had something in the bottom of it that wouldn’t come out. In the kitchen, the paper was peeling off of the cabinets.

Check in was delayed due to the room not being ready and we were told that they would call us when it was ready. No one called us! Then when we got to the room it was half way clean. There were workers putting sealant on the parking lot and they blew dirt and chemicals on my car. We were leaving at the time and when we got home we noticed the damage to my car. Not happy about that.

The property was very nice. The rooms were great. The only thing I didn’t like was that I had to go to a different desk to pick up my parking tag and that is so they can try to sell their property to you. I did not appreciate that and you just have to stand there and wait while they finish talking long periods of time to people in front of you. I wish Expedia would tell you this when you book a room.

When are you going to update?

When are you going to update the rooms? The bed felt like we were going to sink in the middle and the pillows were terrible. The furniture is the same that you had when we first came here 10 years ago and even then it needed updated.

Excellent customer service at the reception. Nice recreational activities; the kids had a blast swimming in the pool almost every day. The rooms were also very spacious. The only thing we weren't happy about was that even though the air conditioner was running, it felt very hot in the room, making it uncomfortable to sleep at night.
