This resort's suites are ornately designed with a warm, down-home atmosphere much like Branson itself.

Approximately 1,180 square feet, this spacious Two- Bedroom Condo features 1 King Bed in the master bedroom, 2 Double Bed(s) in the guest bedroom, 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa in the living room including a kitchen, dining area and 2 separate bathrooms. Maximum of 8 occupants.

Additional amenities include: Ceiling Fan, Hairdryer, Washer/Dryer In Unit, In Room Safe, DVD Player, Television, Wi-Fi Internet Access, Balcony/Patio, Jetted Tub and Stairs.


The person checking in must be 21 years of age (or older). With this notion, please prepare a VALID ID and credit card in your name. A $100 Pre-Authorization from any major credit card upon checking in is required. After purchase you will receive an email confirmation showing your name on the reservation as the guest checking in within 14 days of check in date. However, if you would like to change the name of the person checking in after you have provided this information, there will be a $99.00 name change fee. Any damages will be charge upon check-out.

Terrible experience with Resort Rental Pros
Branson Meadows is a beautiful property but book this condo directly with Wyndham Resorts and not “Christian” with Resort Rental Pros. We booked this condo back in April for 9 days in Branson for the week of Thanksgiving. The host “Christian” with Resort Rental Pros messaged us a week before leaving and said they could only secure the first 7 days of our rental and not the last 2 days. Therefore, we were left without a place to stay on Thanksgiving day and had to find a new condo after I fully paid for 9 days back in April. Resort Rental Pros was not at all helpful and nor was VRBO. I had to pay over $300 a night to find a new condo last minute for the remaining two nights. Resort Rental Pros then said they would refund my missing 2 nights but they couldn’t refund it on my original credit card. It would have to be done by PayPal. I have yet to see the refund and they no longer answer my phone calls. I will never book with Resort Rental Pros again. If you google Resort Rental Pros and Christian, there are plenty of bad reviews. Stay away! Zero stars!

Great family vacation!!
Wonderful place for our family of five (kids ages 4, 6, 8). We spent most of our time at the pool (there were 4 pools actually…) but also used amenities including movies at the indoor theatre with free popcorn. Staff was helpful, rooms were cleaned and had everything we pretty much needed. The location was great- near the lake and the strip .

Nothing but praise and great memories
We had everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable. Coffee pot with a small supply of filters and coffee, so don't run out and buy some for your first morning. Toaster and adequate supply of dishes, pots and pans, utensils, paper towels, dishsoap, etc. Hotel soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion. Two employees get a shout out for above and beyond service. First, Dillon (a porter/bellboy) for being so pleasant and talking to us about our car issues and recommending a mechanic he knew who ended up staying late on a Saturday to replace my alternator. Second, Colby (lodge desk employee) was very pleasant and helpful to the girl running the cafe and others that were hanging out there. We were there a couple of hours because of my car issues. He spent time sitting next to us using his phone to help us find a ride to the shop where my car was being fixed. He even checked with his boss to see if he could drive us himself. Thankfully another couple who were waiting there for their room air to be fixed offered to give us and all of our stuff a ride to the shop about 6 miles away - through downtown and across the river. We were so blessed and provided for by the wonderful people we met! The only complaint about cleanliness would be the floorboards in the bathroom. Otherwise it looked great! Having to go to another line to wait to get the wristbands from a concierge was a pain and a waste of time. We don't travel or use Wyndham facilities enough to make the wristbands any kind of a perk. Beyond that, we have nothing but praise and great memories!

The condo we stayed in was perfect! Very clean, plenty room for all of us. The property was amazing including pools and game room. The only issue we had was during checking in, they pushed for presentation of time shares-charged me $50, but they never said it was for time shares!

Beautiful Well Maintained Property
We had a wonderful stay. Great location, property is beautiful and very well maintained. Nice it has multiple pools, kids enjoyed all the recreation options. Staff was extremely nice and responsive. Room was clean and very well maintained. Up-to-date with all the new amenities which was nice. The only minor downfall was the check in process. Booking through VRBO it is normally a personal transaction with the owner, and a code is provided avoiding a check in counter. Filled out the pre arrival check in questionnaire and still had to check in. Other then that we had a wonderful stay. Highly recommended.

We had two families, we got two adjoining rooms. It was a perfect place for us to relax and spend time together when we weren’t site seeing. No problems checking in or out. Great place.
