Dinner was much less than satisfactory!
The room was clean and comfortable. The pillows were flat and horrible. We ate dinner at the restaurant there. The food was horrible and the waiter acted like he was doing us a favor by waiting on us. Most of the time he ignored us. I was not happy that you charged us for a 20% tip for such bad service.

Great Stay At Sheraton Gateway in LA
This was my first time staying at the Sheraton Gateway in LA. It is very conveniently located by LAX. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The Valet Parking attendants were awesome and very helpful and friendly. I look forward to staying at this hotel again in the future. Thank you for a great stay!

I often stay at this hotel when I'm passing through LAX. It has always been a good place to stay. This time I feel like the service has really stepped up a few notches. All the check in staff were friendly, helpful and there was minimal wait to check in (sometimes I've waited 20 mins in a line to check in). The shuttle service is more regular and faster. Service all around was excellent (the hotel itself has always been great) and I definitely recommend this hotel based on my stay this time.
