LOCATION – The Saddlewood Townhomes are an ideal location any time of the year. The complex is ski-in/ski-out (the unit is within 75 feet of Snowflake Run) placing your vacation stay just minutes from the Snowflake Lift. When it is time to have dinner out or enjoy après-ski with friends, Main Street is only a mile away.

AMENITIES – With three bedrooms, guests have plenty of sleeping and living area space. The Saddle Up master bedroom in the upper level of the townhome features a king bed with a private bath. The Amber Queen bedroom and the Azul Queen bedroom can be found in the lower level with two additional baths. When it is time to unwind, your group can gather in the main level living area for conversation and the rest of the group can head downstairs to watch a movie on the large flat screen TV. After a day full of activities on the mountain, guests will find relaxation in the private outdoor hot tub located off of the lower level patio.

All Pinnacle properties are stocked with:
• High-end bed linens and towels.
• Kitchens - cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and standard small appliances.

Short walk to snowflake trail/lift
We had a wonderful stay. We really enjoyed the close proximity to snowflake for easy ski in/out access. The property was clean and cozy. The tv was a little high on the wall in the living room and it would have been nice to have a slightly larger hot tub (tight squeeze for 5 adults). However, we had a fantastic stay overall.

Great location but needs TLC
This property is in a great location with relatively easy access to the snowflake lift. The house layout of three bedrooms -1 king and 2 queen was exactly what we were looking for with our family group of 5 adults, however the hot tub is only a 2 or very cozy 3 person one. Not ideal. In addition the hot tub and surrounding area is in need of clean up and maintenance. The gas fire is also in need of maintenance as is the dishwasher kick plate. The fridge needs multiple replacement shelves in the door and as for the placement of the TV in the living room, it really isn’t set up to be watched. We own our own rental property so know well that these sorts of experiences can truly affect the whole vacation experience. A little TLC would go a long way.

This place was perfect!
This place was perfect for our family. It was clean and very nice and the location was great for everything we wanted to do in Breckinridge. We walked to downtown several times. Next time we are in town we will definitely stay here again if available.

Beautiful summer stay in Breck
The condo worked well for us and our two kiddos ages 4 and 2 for a long weekend in June. It's a fairly steep uphill walk from downtown but doable even with little ones. Location was convenient and beautiful. The hot tub was great and so was having a garage. Disappointed dish soap wasn't provided in the kitchen but otherwise fairly stocked for a VRBO.

Great Property - Incredible Location
Stayed here for a family ski trip that included my young nephew (under 2yo). We had a blast and the house was perfectly set up for us. Comfy suite upstairs with a great bathroom, two very nice bedrooms downstairs and plenty of room for our nephew to run around. Location is perfect. 40-50 yard walk down to the snowflake lift and it’s easy to get on and off the mountain efficiently. Only minor issue was the house was quite cold when we arrived but the management group quickly sent a mechanic to help warm it up (and provided space heaters in the interim the helped right away).

Family Get-Away
We all needed some time away and this was perfect. Especially, in COVID time as we could be safe while vacationing. Breckenridge is a delightful place. This was the first time I've done anything like this......so we were pleased. All went well. There were some things in the condo that needed some attention. I wrote those things in a separate email.

Nice location
We had a nice stay. The location is near many area activities and a short drive from other Dillon/Frisco/Keystone. The three levels and 3 bedrooms allow for people to get their space when needed. The City Market (grocery) is a very short drive from the condo so getting supplies is simple, although there are plenty of places to eat nearby.
