2nd bedroom was locked even though I booked a 2 bedroom unit. Gained access to 2nd bedroom via balcony door which was not locked. Aircon was also too warm and was unable to adjust the temperature. No bath mat for bathroom. Views of harbour bridge and harbour was lovely. Very close to shopping and food outlets and public transport, which was great. Staff on concierge desk were very nice too.

The hotel was spacious and clean. Close to the train and easy to get around. We walked to Bondi beach to the shopping centre across the street. When we arrived there was not enough signage showing us where to check in for the tower one lobby was under construction. We had to ask the construction workers where to go. Otherwise our stay was very good for the 6 days we were there.

Refurbishment happening but was not explained when making the booking. Foyer/reception was under repair, new lifts not working properly so long waits, and drilling and hammering at 7.15am isn’t ideal.

Great 3 bed lux with beautiful views over the city 9 stories up. Place was very clean. Renovations going on but well sign posted and not noisy. Only things that I can negatively comment on was the pod coffee machine which wasn't working very well and we were one towel short. I went to reception and told them but nothing was done. Luckily there were spare towels at the pool. Would stay again. Great location!

I swear we were put in a room they never use on the property, it was very dirty inside. A pile of dust was on the lamps in the room, and it was also in the most impossible place to find in the hotel. It took way too long to find the room it was like a maze to find it. And we had to walk through a garbage pile in the floor that smelt so bad to walk past. Just not overly clean or convent of a room.

Disappointed with this stay. The bathroom was nice but all other areas in the apartment needed a bit of a refresh. Would also suggest that different furniture and/or flooring is explored in any future upgrades as the heavy furniture on the tiled flooring leads to a lot of noise. The wifi was terrible and we were unable to stream anything. Also disappointed that we were not advised of the works going on in the lobby (right below our unit) prior to arriving as this significantly impacted our stay.

Loved that the shopping centre was just across the road, transport was under the building, great food options in the area. Had to wait an extra 20mins for housekeeping to check thst the unit was ready. Door keys were not activated, kichen not cleaned properly, bath had hairs in it, hairball in shower floor. Laundry tub bucket and basket had water in them. Dishwasher strainer dirty. Missing towels, handtowels. Dusty. Floors not cleaned properly. TV remote not working. Bathroom sink notdrain properly
