Comfortable ski condo
The condo was across the street from the main lodge at the base of the Beaver Run lift. It was clean and very comfortable. The beds were great, the kitchen was well appointed, and checkin/checkout was very easy. I appreciated the timing of communications/instructions as our stay approached and as it was coming to an end. I would definitely stay there again.

The place is excellent for location. It’s really great to have the kids with the pools and hot tubs and the location and the arcade. Overall, it was really nice! My only complaint is that the listing is very confusing when it comes to parking. You will have to pay at least an extra $42 a night for one parking spot. It IS NOT INCLUDED in the fees for the condo. I felt it was a little misleading. However, the management company was very nice and did end up paying for the parking spot.

Great location, right by green and blue lifts
Everything in the room was wonderful. Pools and hot tubs were great. Food and bars were both close and affordable. Arcade area was fun for kids although a couple of the machines did eat our credits. Overall a wonderful place for families staying in Breck.

Perfect Location - Loved the Amenities
We really liked the location as it was close to everything in Breckenridge and a very easy drive to nearby towns and trials that we wanted to experience. The amenities were fantastic, the 24 hour arcade and indoor mini golf were a huge hit with my kiddos. And the amount of pools/ hot tubs was great. Our personal favorite was the pool and hot tub in Building 4! The room was nice and had everything we needed. You could tell its a sky/mountain resort room because the carpet wasn't the best but it wasn't bad and the room worked great for us. The only thing was that the Master bedroom doesn't have any windows (there is an opening that looks out to the living room windows) so it was hard to cool down the master bedroom without freezing out my kiddos in the guest room. As stated there is no AC but there are extra table fans and a box fan provided that help with air flow. The bedding was comfortable. All in all we enjoyed our stay and had very minimal complaints!

Pros: Location was great for our conference. The front desk and shuttle staff were super friendly. Beds were comfy with nice pillows. Nice clean kitchen. Cons: The condo looked much nicer online. Carpets were very dirty and the couch was so worn out. The patio door was very difficult to open and would not lock. It was a pretty noisy condo; you could hear a lot at night. There was also condo demo in the day, so going back to rest wasn’t the best with a jackhammer sound down the hall.

There were multiple problems with the unit when we arrived. Nasty hair clog in the master bath sink, coat rack fell off the wall, only 3 burners on stove functioned, and the ceiling fan in the bedroom would not turn off. Location was good. Not impressed with unit at all though.

Perfect location for skiing in and out. Great amenities too. My only nit….place looks like it’s out of the 80s/90s. Condo and facilities could use a little updating. But other than that…highly recommend. We had a great time.

Nice condo but older property
For the cost, it was fine. The condo itself is nice - spacious, very well equipped kitchen, etc. But property itself is very dated. Dark dingy halls with Low ceilings and bad lighting. To get to front desk or other places in facility it’s a retry confusing with many halls and buildings and elevators. Overall ok for price. Shuttle to town was nice as you are on the edge and it’s a pretty decent distance away from everything.

Wonderful Location - Great Weather
The condo is as expected, per photos. Nice to have the wood burning fireplace and the balcony. Visited mid April and loved having close access to the Mtn and the ski locker at the base of Peak 9 was great. Many hot tubs on the property, so even during COVID restrictions this wasn't a problem.

Very nice condo. Great stay
We spent 5 nights at this condo and are very happy with everything. We had a party of 4 and plenty of room for all of us. Conso was packed with every kitchen item yuo would need. They thought of everything, extra towels, paper towels, dishwasher soap, zip lock bags...everything you can think of. Dishes/utensils all looked new. Being part of Bevere Run resort we hot to use all of the amenities. Ski in and out,great location. Would definitely stay here again!

Breck Ski Trip 2021
We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The unit was perfect for our family of 5! The kitchen was a little small, but we were not preparing any large meals, so it worked well for us. They had a lot of glasses and dishware, which was nice. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds very comfortable! The bathrooms were also nice and updated. We enjoyed the convenience of the resort, with the restaurants, marketplace, shuttle and ski in/ski out location. The marketplace had delicious breakfast foods too! The hot tub and bar were nice to enjoy after skiing all day. We have stayed at several other condos/resorts in Breck and this was one of our favorite stays!

Good location, decent property choice
This condo is on the third floor of building 1 in Beaver Run Resort. The resort is very convenient for skiing, as is the unit. Note that the ski lockers are across the street and closer to the lifts. The property was pleasant and the kitchen was very well provisioned, albeit a little small. Two things to be aware of-- the carpet is really in need of replacement. It is pulled up on the stairs and is not clean looking. Second, there is no way to achieve airflow in the condo except through heating or the sliding door on the main level. You can't open the windows in the back bedroom, so if it gets a little hot, the only real option is the ceiling fan or provided extra fan. The bathrooms were clean, beds pretty comfortable, and hot water was plentiful.
