We love this house, but I may start looking at other properties. The basement master shower has very low water pressure, almost unusable. It was like that in Feb when we stayed and I asked for that to be taken care of before we arrived in Nov. They said no problem, but it wasn't done. Some of the water spouts are completely clogged. The shower head needs a deep soak/cleaning or replaced. Also, the basement master bed frame is not adequate. The crossbeams are too short and the bed almost caved in. I texted the property manager about it, but they never showed up, I only received an automatic response. We ended up working the boards ourselves and sticking toilet paper in the grooves for the last night we were there. Otherwise it's a great space in a great location. Clean and beautiful space. If the kinks get worked out, we'd love to keep staying here.

Gorgeous and perfect for our two families
This property is gorgeous! Perfect for our two families of four. It has a beautiful, big, white and brand new Kitchen with every tool and appliance you would need. The main master bedroom and bathroom is perfect. There is a second smaller master downstairs. There are three king beds in this house! Its was exactly what we were looking for to fit everyone comfortably. The boys thoroughly enjoyed the bunk room with “secret” closet area. The home is a very short walk to the Shock Hill stop for the gondola. The hot tub is a great size and sits on a peaceful back porch. Management was very responsive and so helpful. We had such a wonderful time staying at this amazing property and hope to visit again sometime soon.

Perfect for our two families of four
This property was perfect for our two families of four. We stayed during summertime. It feels pretty private. Location is good. Some new construction currently nearby but it was never noisy. We drove into town and parked each time because its a little far to walk. Parking is easily paid for online and inexpensive. The home is a very short walk to the gondola, which takes you up to the Alpine Slides, Rollercoaster, etc on the mountain. The home is beautiful and updated and has just about everything you would need. We had a few minor issues at check in and a day later. Management responded and took care of them immediately. It looks like it could possibly be ski in at the end of the day during winter but not sure. We are hoping we can stay here again if we come back to Breckenridge.

It was very nice house, very clean, I just had 2 issues you pay a lot of money for late checkin and early checkout, they would not allow us a late checkout even though we gave plenty of notice and we were not able to control heating so everyone who stayed bottom level were very cold during the night and morning.

Best Breck vacation yet
This house was one of the nicest properties we've ever stayed in, hands down. It is huge and beautiful, with plenty of open space upstairs for hanging out and tons of bedrooms for everyone to get away. Everything in the house was very upscale. The location was very convenient, with an easy 5 min walk to the gondola mid-load with our ski gear--nice to be able to go home for lunch, and get home quickly at the end of the day of skiing. The private hot tub was amazing. Very handy to have a separate laundry room. Our 10 yr old daughter LOVED the bunkbed room and secret reading nook in the closet. Our only tiny suggestion was that it would have been nice to have some basic amenities in the kitchen like coffee filters and salt and pepper (it was empty and not yet stocked). We can't wait to stay here again!
