Spacious 2 bd room apartment. Friendly staff. Nice foyer area and casual restaurant and bar area. Bathroom starting to show age and needs attention. Dining chairs worn out and should not be in a hotel of this standard. Overall a nice apartment but disappointed with maintenance.

LOVED this property, Oaks Market st, Melb. Clean, plenty of open area, tall ceilings, great bed/pillows - comfy, omg the views amazing, stayed in a 2 bedroom with our sons for 2 nights, then a 1 bedroom for 3 nights with hubby, more amazing views. used the pool & spa - what fun we had. Breakfast great, close to shops, Kmart, Coles, trams & uber. This is my new go to - when visiting family in Melbourne. I felt safe & secure staying at the Oaks on Market street. I’m glad we were ‘upgraded’ I’d hate to of seen the others!! Would have been good to be asked if we had any ability issues! Climbing in and out of the bath/shower was incredibly difficult for me. Our toilet seat was 2 inches shorter that the bowl!! The room was clean, service was good, breakfast was nice. Just a little pricey for the very outdated room

This place is in a great location and access to the city and Crown is truly amazing. Went & saw a show at the regent Theatre, shopping in the CBD and Dinner at Crown. Have a great offer for parking at Secure Parking just 100mt away. All in all a fantastic 2 night stay

Given a two bedroom room despite a studio, normally this would be ok but it changed the design and altered the way you use the facilities. Initial appearance was disappointing, rubbish on ground and overly scuffed walls. Bathroom small, overhead shower difficult to navigate out (you wouldn’t want to have mobility issues). The lifts were terrible, twice I waited longer than 5 mins to exit the building.
