Expensive Nice Condo with Pros & Cons
1st we arrived & found 108 but code wouldn’t work. Called Pinnacle & help would arrive in 40 minutes. Carried all luggage to door to find someone else staying there as they stepped over our luggage to get in. We found on our own that there’s twin buildings with same #s. Should have been told beforehand. Also tell renters that blue ski shuttle stops from slopes at 4:40pm. We had to find another & then carry skis half mile to condo. Would’ve driven had we known. Underground garage was awsome as well as the kitchen/living rm. Master bdrm door lock inop & glass fireplace door fell off when opening so didn’t use it. For price updates needed,ie, tvs in berms and new carpet/tile. Overall nice couple days in Breckenridge with night life. However ski slopes were crowded. Better skiing at Copper Mtn & Ski Cooper. Might be back but for same $ May shop around for condos if similar price. Thanks for having us.

We stayed here for a quick getaway, the property owner was so kind, and checking in and checking out was so easy! This place was close to town, and a bus stops right outside, perfect for skiing! The place itself was very nice and cozy!

Nice place to stay
It was good for what we needed. The bathroom faucet handles need updated as they were stripped in one bathroom, hard to get a full on shower with right temp. I put in a work order for that. I am sure they will be fixed or replaced. The kitchen was large and had everything imaginable needed ! All in all a great place to stay! Comfortable beds. Loved the box fans and humidifiers!!

I stayed with my two young adult sons who enjoy Breckinridge and it’s beautiful trails. We had a problem with the sink leaking shortly after we arrived. I messaged the Management company and someone arrived the next day and fixed it right away. We had a pleasant stay and all was immaculate.

Good Summer Location
Property is located within a good short walk from Main St. for shopping and food. Safe and quiet. The cleaning is subpar upon arrival as we found beer caps and vap pens under the beds and couch. Maintenance is needed on the sink that won’t drain and the shower head was plugged up. Overall not bad for the price. The owner should check it out to make sure the management company is fulfilling their obligations.

There were some bigger issues like how bad the mattresses really are, but some little things that could have been done that were not. There was a giant hole in the drywall in the master bath...could have easily been fixed/patched or warned about. Drywall throughout unit is cracked, given it a dirtier look. Noone took the time to shovel snow off of the back patio, despite it not having snowed for several days. Bathroom sinks both clogged...master bath took ten minutes to drain. Also, I get it's CO and melting snow, but no attempt whatsoever on the management/HOA's behalf to address thawing/re-freezing snowmelt. Very dangerous walking around the common area. Hot tub holds maybe 5 for the entire complex. Furnace worked and hot water heater, too...so we survived, but it's not worth what I paid for it.

Great little condo
Perfect little place to stay to enjoy the mountains. Comfortable, clean, and warm. Location is right in front of the bus stop for the free rides to the slopes. Easy easy to get skiing first thing in the morning. Property managers have been great to work with and check in and out are easy. Highly recommend this condo.

Powder Ridge was awesome, close to town and mountain bike trails and perfect for our family of 4! The only thing I would change would be the comforters and blankets need to be changed out- they are old and musty, but the sheets and rest of the place were very clean, so we could make due without them. Would definitely stay there again!
