This magnificent, 5-bedroom, luxurious ski home is 5,254 square feet of pure mountain sanctuary on a one acre wooded lot!

Located in the prestigious Highlands neighborhood in Breckenridge on the Breckenridge Golf Course and Gold Run Nordic Center, and only a short drive to the ski slopes and downtown Breckenridge, this is the perfect year-round vacation home for anyone looking for the ideal mountain getaway!

Once you step foot in this home, you are surrounded by elegance that will exceed your expectations. This spacious and beautifully decorated home has it all!

The main level boasts a great room with a seating area and gas burning fireplace. The kitchen is stunning with granite counter tops, seating for 4 at the massive central island, and Viking appliances that would make any cook’s dream come true! Two dishwashers make clean-up a breeze. There is a separate dining area with seating for 10 guests and a butler’s area for serving the most unforgettable meals. In addition to this fabulous entertaining area, the main level also has a master suite with a king sized bed, gas fireplace, and a bathroom fit for a king and queen. The master bath has a beautiful walk-in shower and a Jacuzzi for those long days on the slopes. This level also has a quiet study with desk and couch in an enclosed loft off the great room and a mud room off the garage with washer and dryer.

The upper level has two bedrooms and a full bathroom with one bedroom containing 1 queen, 1 twin, and a twin bunk bed; and the other bedroom containing 1 queen and 1 twin bed.

The spacious lower level (walk-out) has an entertaining area with a wet bar (including dishwasher and refrigerator), and pool and foosball tables! The seating area is comfort at its best with a stunning moss rock, gas burning fireplace for those cold, snowy nights. Also on this level is a second master suite with a king bed and private full bathroom and a second bedroom with a queen bed and private full bathroom as well. We stayed here for a girls weekend in early summer and it was beautiful. The home is very comfortable and has plenty of room to spread out. The fully stocked kitchen was wonderful for cooking meals. We really enjoyed our time. The interior of the home was clean and comfortable. The only negative I can say was that the area around the hot tub was a bit of a mess (we cleaned up cigarette butts and glass from previous guests). But overall we had a good experience and would stay here again.

Incredible Stay in Breck
We had an incredible time in Breckenridge and staying in this home made it that much better. It was clean and well-stocked. The heated floors throughout were amazing after a day out in the cold. We had to dig out the firepit out of a few feet of snow but once we did, it was so serene sitting out there next to the fire. If you are considering booking this place, do it. It is perfect for a large group of all ages.

GREAT VACAY!!!
The house is beautiful, great location, and big enough for several families. Well stocked. We had a great time in the backyard sitting around the fire pit and playing pool in the game room. My only complaint would be the cooking pans. They are non stick pans that were very scratched making it not safe to cook on. We used two pots to cook with which made it a challenge so we baked a lot. It also would be nice to have several humidifiers for guests who are from out of state and not use to the dry air.

Spectacular Breckenridge Home
This home was perfect for our entire family. Plenty of room for our entire family of 15. The kids had a blast with the downstairs game room and the adults spent hours shooting pool. The kitchen was perfect for cooking meals in house and the oversized fridge held all our food easily. The hot tub was clean and was used almost daily and the outdoor patio and fire pit was a great place to reflect on the day’s activities! This home will not disappoint if you decide to bring your family!

This place was a wonderful surprise!
We had a family reunion of my chilren and grandchildren Prior to to arriving, The owners provided very detailed for the house, the activities available, and answered question I had. The house has 3 levels and I was amazed at how well supplied the house was from the kitchen to the bath rooms and bedrooms! It was in a beautiful area, pretty views and had lots of space. I have never had a VRBO that offered so many supplies (they thought of everything we would need) and informative. I also called the owner prior to our trip and she was absolutely delightful. If we ever go back to Colorado, we would pick this house.

This place is amazing for a large family! The layout is awesome, and the game room made for some great family time skemt together. It’s in a great location near downtown Breck, and about 40 min away from Vail. The house had great views, and we would definitely rent here again!

Fantastic Home
We so enjoyed the home. It is just as it shows online and is huge. Tons of space for large groups and all can spread out. The kitchen is so very equipped- all you need and so large! It is made for large groups with extra dishwashers, etc... has it all. Great location and not far from downtown Breck of off Rte. 9.. Easy to get downtown and the ski lifts. Loved it all! Comfortable family experience
My family travelled from three different states to meet in a central location. This was a beautiful house with plenty of room to spread out. We all enjoyed cooking together and sitting around the kitchen island. I would say the only room for improvement is maybe updating some of the dishes and furnishings. If you're a gourmet cheff bring your own knives. Need a better selection of glasses and ottomans had big tears on them. The outdoor grill does not match the quality of the kitchen. Our host was awesome though, she responded quickly when I had questions. But there were never any issues while there. We would for sure recommend this beautiful home for a pleasant Breckenridge experience.

Fantastic Mountain Lodge in a Beautiful Valley
I booked the Gold Run Lodge in mid-October for a work retreat with my co-workers, and it was absolutely fantastic! The house was immaculate and had everything that all 13 of us needed. The valley it is located in is only about 10 minutes from main street Breckenridge and is absolutely gorgeous. Mindy was very responsive and thorough with the house rules. 10/10 would stay here again next year!

What a wonderful home for a larger group. We were easily able to get to town, rafting, hikes and it was a great place to relax in between. The host Mindy was great and gave us very clear instructions, check in and using house amenities was a breeze. She was very helpful, even when we were having some issues with the alarm system.
