Gorgeous Ski Mountain Views 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath - Ski In Out Condo at Beaver Run

Our goal has always been to provide you with wonderful vacation accommodations for you and your family to make memories for a lifetime.

A true ski in/out location with ski storage at the Beaver Run lift. For convenience, you will enjoy a heated garage, shuttle and concierge services, a business center for computer access (wifi can be used in the condo) and a gift/grocery shop. For service, there are three restaurants, an on-site licensed child care, spa services, a complete ski shop, ski rentals, ski school and a place to pick up lift tickets. And for fun, the complex has a beautiful indoor/outdoor pool with several outdoor hot tubs. Next to that is an exercise room, steam room and sauna. There are beautiful lounge areas and a library for your pleasure. And the kids will love the game room with several arcade games, a 9 hole miniature golf course, pool table, air hockey and more.

The mountains are a glorious place to be! Spending time in nature always eases my stress. We invite you to come to Breckenridge and have a wonderful safe and beautiful experience in the outdoors!

The condo itself is beautifully decorated Colorado Style with antique ski accents. There is a romantic wood fireplace next to the living area and we have filled the condo with all the extras to meet your needs.

Our condo is bright and spacious with vaulted ceilings and sky lights in the living room. Decorated in true Colorado style, you can sit on our cozy couch and enjoy the warmth and comfort of our wood burning fireplace surrounded by antique skis and snow shoes. The couch turns into a queen sofa sleeper that has a seven inch mattress for extra comfort. There is an HDTV above the fireplace and a cupboard full of fun family board games to help create wonderful memories of your family vacation.

Our antler chandelier and rustic kitchen table for 6 adds to the ambiance of mountain living. The kitchen has granite counter tops with a stone back splash and is fully equipped with some added extras such as a spice rack, crock pot, blender, mixer and waffle maker.

The master bedroom suite has a king sized bed, dresser and antique ski lift chair along with a full bathroom. The second bedroom has two queen beds and dresser. Both bedrooms have HDTVs.

Finally, we have been renting condos in Breckenridge since 1999 and truly want to be a part of your vacation experience. Our hope is to offer the highest quality condos, full service resort amenities at reasonable prices to create vacation memories that will last a lifetime. We would love to do business with you!!

PLEASE NOTE: Our nightly rates are lower than the resort because WE DO NOT OFFER DAILY LINEN NOR TOWEL EXCHANGES.

In addition, parking is not included in your quote as it is charged by the resort upon your arrival. Parking costs an additional $42/night/vehicle during the ski season and $15/night during the rest of the year. Parking is only guaranteed for one vehicle however up to 2 vehicles can park.

Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out is before 10am.

Great trip !
Wonderful vacation with our young adult kids. Condo very clean and host was accessible to communicate with . The condo is right at the base of the slope and also very close to Main st for dining and shopping, so convenient so it met all of our different needs. Would definitely stay again.

Our stay at Four O’Clock was absolutely perfect for our family of 5. The location, amenities, and supplies made everything so easy and accessible. It was absolutely the best way to enjoy the mountain and the town of Breckenridge. Everything was steps away or easily accessible by the shuttle. The mountain was at our doorstep and we had all the amenities of the resort at Beaver Run. The views were gorgeous and the space was perfectly appointed. The games and puzzles made it fun to gather as a family. The hosts are extremely gracious and responsive. Thank you; we truly hope to return!

Our family of 5 (3 children ages 7, 11 and 13) had a wonderful time. Hosts were immediately responsive (including on check-in day of Easter Sunday) and the condo was better than advertised. Very close to everything one would need with minimal walking (ski lift, ski rentals, market, pool/hot-tub, garage) and property has ideal amenities for families. Would stay again.

The unit was perfect for a four night stay for four adults. The condo is clean, plenty big enough, has a great view and is well equipped. The beaver run and quicksilver lifts are right outside the ski locker area not to mention all the amenities of the beaver resort. We will definitely stay again.

Our Stay at Beaver Run
We had a good time, despite what was described as "a few minor inconveniences" due to maintenance work that turned out to be pools and hottubs closed 2 of 3 full days we were there, and power tools and machines running outside our window all day long for 2 of 3 days (loud enough that we really couldn't open the windows). Beaver Run is confusing to get around, but I learned most of the pathways in the first couple of days. The location of Beaver Run is very good (slopeside, at the bottom of a super chair which would be great during the ski season). The condo was nice, just right for us. I would consider coming back during ski season.

This is a great spot. The condo has everything you need with a great view. And you can’t beat the ski in/ski out. The owner/manager is completely friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend this rental.
