my partner and I will use hotel hacienda from time to time as it’s the most convenient location to be for our visits to Sydney - it’s clean, the beds are soft and comfy, it’s convenient as hell with a short walk to Redfern station and it’s incredibly budget friendly. The prices on weekends are a bit of a rort but you literally will not find a place cheaper in Sydney over a weekend that is this close to everything. Staff are lovely and usually let us check in early if it’s a weekday or a Friday - we’ll be back many many many more times as the years rolls by.

Really lovely staff, good communication and a funky budget hotel. Love the Spanish vibe! Comfy beds, hot showers with good water pressure. Central location, good hotel for a short stay. I've stayed twice in the past two weeks and will book again.

A cute budget hotel. Bed surprisingly comfy. Train noise very loud. I’d recommend bringing very good ear plugs. Big chunk of someone’s hair and dust in my room, otherwise it was clean. Foyer restaurant looked great. Central location.

The property was close to everything. The staff did not make the bed and empty the rubbish on a daily basis. I had spent time at the hospital and returned to see the bed unmade and room not cleaned. The staff only emptied the bin, the bed was made twice in 7 days i had stayed. A different place from when I stayed years ago.
