Amazing views, beautiful surroundings.
The house is accurately described as Rustic. Lots of wildlife on property. Moose and fox came through property numerous times. We witnessed a bobcat stalking a fox. Great stuff. As to the house, we were comfortable and enjoyed the seclusion. We found the hot tub temperamental. The host was responsive to our enquiries.

Quiet Mtn home, private, quiet
Very spacious, remote cabin, 10-14 min drive to Main Street. We had four adults and 4 kids under 4 with us. The cabin offered lots of space to move around, numerous sitting areas and a basement that could be closed off for anyone who needed to get away. There is a child sized air hockey game which was a hit! There are two master suites, the loft with two twin beds is open and the area in the basement with the bunks is also open to the living area in the basement. We had an issue with the hot tub that was quickly resolved . The property management was great- easy to reach, very responsive.

Horrible experience, worst communication ever on a 911 situation, no water, potential gas leak
We booked a 3 night stay with this company in one of their cabins in Breckenridge, on the second day we hear a loud beeping alarm from the garage, and it was reading "LEAK" on it, and next to the gas and water tanks, so we started to worry. We message them, no response, we call several times their "emergency number" that is for after hours, no response again, we don't know what to do, we also have no water at all, potential gas leak since we do not know what this means, we call 911 and they send firefighters. While the firefighters are checking the cabin, I finally get a call back, firefighter ask what's the passcode to stop this machine beeping at least, the owner does not know any security codes or machine codes:') so no help there either, and the person also does not know what that "LEAK" means, and nothing on the manual provided either! UPDATE THOSE MANUALS. All we get is another place to stay at that we can drive to, but is dangerous since is -1 Fahrenheit outside and all roads are full of snow and is after 9PM at this point, but we cannot stay here so we go very slow only to get to a worse place. The next morning I finally get a message back saying they are sorry for the inconvenience.. great, late to the party, I ask hey how do I control the projector and sound in this place at least to watch a movie, they do not know, also no manuals, they say they will send a technician to help us but 2+ hours after and nothing, we just decide to leave, didnt even stay the last night

Horrible experience
The property management company was by far the worst at customer service. If you have zero issues then maybe your stay will be fine but ours was riddled with no access to driveway because of a wall of ice and snow, mouse infestation and feces all in the kitchen, non functional appliances, water was turned completely off to our property because of a malfunction and the emergency line was not responded to by management company for over 16 hours. It was a horrible experience and unfortunately ruined our entire thanksgiving and holiday weekend.

Beautiful location!
We really enjoyed our 2 week respite from the Texas heat at this beautiful home. Property management company was very responsive and helpful. Minor issues were addressed quickly. The views were outstanding and we loved being close to Breck (10 minute drive to Main St) but far from the hustle and bustle. We were a little disappointed that the “bedroom” upstairs wasn’t enclosed as my husband planned to work remotely for part of the time and the description was a little misleading. We had our 4 little kids with us and the home was large and there was enough space for all of us to spread out and enjoy. Kitchen was well stocked and I enjoyed cooking at the house. We were lucky to see the neighborhood fox many of our days there and we loved ending the days in the hot tub. We were sad to leave at the end of our vacation!

Great cabin in Breck!
My family and I stayed here for 8 nights and what a great place to stay! This cabin is in a quiet, secluded area just minutes from town and offers everything you'll need for your stay. The view from the deck is wonderful, the cabin is very spacious and inviting, and the hot tub is just the ticket after a long hike. You will see plenty of wildlife out of your window including the neighborhood fox that you'll read about in other reviews. He showed up day 1 for us and was great to watch throughout our stay. One thing we really appreciated was the distance between the homes in this area and how private this cabin was. We didn't hear or see any neighbors our entire stay and it was great. Like others have mentioned the pictures do not due the elevation or slope of the area justice. It is a very steep area and I would imagine in the snowy months 4wd and chains would be mandatory. We stayed the first half of June and everything was dried out and our 2-wheel drive Expedition did just fine. As for the cabin there are 2 bedrooms on the main floor that have attached full bathrooms. These rooms each have a king bed. The basement floor is awesome for kids and has 4 bunks that are I believe twin longs. The basement area has an attached full bathroom and laundry room. The loft area above the main floor has 2 twin beds and an attached full bathroom. There were only 4 of us and 8 total beds so the kids had a great time picking different rooms to stay in during our stay.

Awesome Place!
The property is beautiful. It is spacious and has everything you need and more! It has more than enough space for a group! Everything is s described and the pictures are true to the place. While there were a couple of things that were noticed upon arrival - they were minor and more about reporting so they were aware but they wanted to take care of it right away and had a repair person come in. Allowed a later check out however cleaners came a little before the agreed upon time. All that said, I would most definitely stay here again - beautiful beautiful property!

Beautiful and Roomy Home
First, I want to say this home is BEAUTIFUL- Very spacious.- basically has 2 “master” rooms. The lower level with the bunk beds and TV was perfect for our 2 sons, 17 and 20 years old. They made that area their perfect hangout spot. The loft room with its own bathroom was good for my 83 yr old MIL. The kitchen is open and good for cooking- love the lighting in the kitchen! Oh, PLENTY of hot water! LOTS of windows to view Breckinridge slopes. The views were amazing. The leasing company was quick to respond when needed and were easy to work with. They were Wonderful and helpful. They even sent someone to plow the driveway and clean walkway for us. (they do not have anything to do w/ County roads) HOWEVER- if you are planning a trip during peak WINTER weather, you need a 4 wheel drive. We rented a front wheel drive minivan thinking it would be sufficient - it was NOT. There was “a little ice” the day we arrived- we had to push the van up bc of the icy road (no one can drv on ice). We ended up having to buy chains/cables from Walmart in Frisco. The county keeps the lower roads leading up to the house cleaned and treated, but the last two steep county roads leading to the house are not treated like the lower roads. If they do plow, there is still a layer ice on the last two roads. Once we bought the cables for front tires, it was better, but spent $80 on the cables. (We weren’t the only folks having issues on those last two county roads. ) One more thing, if you are wanting to go into town to shop/eat in the evening, it isn’t a quick drive. And if the weather is iffy, and you do not have a 4WD, then dont plan on driving up later in the night- even chain/cables were not all that helpful when it got colder and more icy at night. We did drive down to the public parking area on our ski days, and getting back up was fine those days bc we came back up by 5PM If you dont have a 4WD- stop at Walmart and get Chains/cables… seriously. We would rent again, but if its in snowy Winter months, then hopefully can get a 4WD that holds 6 ppl.

Beautiful Views
We were impressed by this beautiful A Frame home nestled in the mountains in Breckenridge. We enjoyed the hot tub and a daily visit from our new fox friend. Plenty of space for 6 adults. Home is designed with two master bedrooms for two families with younger kids. I would say it’s a two bedroom with a loft and basement with double bunk beds. Each space has its own bathroom which was convenient. There is a pull out queen sofa sleeper. Lots of sleeping space. We enjoyed staying here and would recommend booking for your stay in Breck!

Quick weekend in Breck
We really enjoyed our stay at this VRBO. The process was smooth, the house was clean and large (much larger than it looks when you drive up), the hot tub was great, and the furniture/beds were comfortable. A small thing, but just awareness for potential guests is the icey roads. Just be aware that you need either AWD or 4x4 during the winter months. We loved staying here and would come back in a heartbeat. Thanks!

We had a fantastic time with our family of 5 from Florida. The property alone provided plenty of fun for the kids to play in the snow and even some sort sled runs. Very nice property. Secluded yet very accessible. Plenty of space to socialize indoor and outdoor. Could use updates in cookware (more nonstick), gas grill ( knobs stripped, difficulty in getting Temps above 300 degrees) and some minor repairs ( door handles sticking), hide a bed sofa is uncomfortable as frame leans downward.... all small inconveniences. Overall very nice and highly recommended. Plusses include hot tub, super location, a great hiking trail nearby an old mine, daily moose, deer and fox sightings.

Family Mountain trip
We enjoyed our stay overall! The view was great and the hot tub a nice perk! We arrived during the muddy season so the only negatives about the property were that there was trash all around the yard likely surfacing after the snow melted. The inside of the place was great for our party of 5 with a 3yr old too! Bathrooms and kitchen nice and clean but the big windows that look out to the mountains were very dirty and we actually went and bought window cleaner so we could look at the view without seeing finger prints all over! The place was very comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay! And we got to meet the fox several times as he hung around on the deck a lot. Thanks for the fun getaway!
