Parking is very limited especially if you have suitcases etc really hard to park and get things off as the whole building is on a slop and in the middle of a busy city. The apartment was a lot more smaller than we expected and advertised on the website, felt very congested. However the property is quite clean etc.

We stayed for 6 nights in a 2brd apartment. Nice view of the city's interchange roads. Beds were comfortable, bathroom was big with washing machine and dryer. Short walk to the main shopping street (Queen St.) Lots of restaurants and woolies, chemist warehouse and well know branded stores.Oh and Macas too. We travelled around during the day and it was nice coming back to the apartment at the end of the day feels like our little home away from home. Just a terrific stay and thank you all the staff at Nesuto!

The parking is a bit awkward to access (very narrow, sharp turn to get in and limited to 1.9m in height to get in) and can be slippery when wet, but other than that it is a great place to stay.

Not the room I booked. The pictures are misleading by and no means what the place looks like. Smelt, carpet was mis matched, dirty stained blinds, linen was ‘clean’ but had grease marks annd random stains and no where on booking did it mention that you had to prebook parking. Customer service was below average with him making myself and person in front of me feel like we were dumb and not know about the parking issue. I would have to say that you need to update the pictures on the website as it is not what you are representing and it’s misleading. Would not recommend and sadly will not stay again. Even with a deal not worth it :( very disappointing

I am not use to paying for car parks. The recomended parking was 100mtrs down the rd and cost an arm an leg literally. The tv was disapointing with only a handfull of basic channels and couldnt manage to get chromecast to work. The pool wasn't advertised as closed from april-october so i was disapointed in that also. On the upside, the apartment was clean and had a washing machine and dryer which was handy. The kitchen was good, had a big fridge and grill to cook.

Decent stay, fairly basic apartment style hotel. Very few amenities but like the separate rooms and kitchenette. Property was also very clean and reception was helpful. Parking is available but very tight entry so was quite inconvenient. Fairly walkable to the harbour and CBD (about 10-15min).

Its quite niche with its location. Central but slightly out of the cbd (still walking distance to everywhere). Definitely was bang for buck. Our party was really happy with everything including the service we received.

Always a 10/10 stay. Easy check in and check out process & clean rooms. There was no dryer in the 1 bedroom apartment as opposed to in the 2bdrms however not a biggie.
