The complex provides you a great location, just a short slide to the snowflake lift, access to the Upper Village pool, and onsite hot tub, and an easy trek to all your favorite Breckenridge locations. The 2 lifts are a short distance away for easy access to peak 9 and there is free wi-fi, a 12 person hot tub on site and free access to a large heated indoor and outdoor pool a short drive or 5 minutes walk away. The condo provides a heated garage and driveway offering space for 2 cars and all your ski gear.

Inside the condo, you will be wrapped in mountain comfort, beginning with the cozy fireplace, comfy furnishings, and vaulted ceilings. The dining area is outfitted with a six person table, and lies just adjacent to the granite covered kitchen. Great location for family holiday
We really enjoyed our stay. It was clean and well laid out. The ski-in/out part was down a short path across the street. It was a little tricky but really quick and fun. Heated garage was terrific, plus room for one more car when my friend visited. Beds were comfortable and place was warm. We like to stay in and cook. They had pots and pans, but it would be great to have some large serving bowls or platters for a big meal. Overall a terrific place at a great location. Thank you!

We were moved to a different location because the owner decided to use the condo the week we were scheduled to stay. We were bumped to Sundowner II. The primary bed was soft, was worn out, and caved in the middle. WiFi did not work despite contacting management. The whole place felt tired and worn. Moved out mid week and doubled up with other family in another facility

Nice condo, convenient to lift and town!
This was a great location for our skiers (close to lift) and non-skiers (close to town). We had plenty of space, and the condo was well furnished with everything we needed. The property managers were easy to communicate with, and very responsive to questions. Would recommend, and would stay here again. Thanks for an easy stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. The communication was great, and the property management team was very responsive. We loved the location and ease of accessing the Snowflake lift and town! It is a cozy condo and has all the basics needed to cook meals, relax and enjoy a nice gas fire !

Everything was perfect. Plenty of room for 4 people. Excellent location! Easy shuttle and ski in and out access. Would absolutely stay here again. Garage was a plus too. Loved the radiant heat!

Very Clean, quiet, all needed things were there. Communication on how to get there and how to get in was excellent. Couldn't get into the garage but ended up not needing it. There are 34 stairs to walk up to get into the unit. Was not a problem for me but good to know for others who may find that challenging. I would definitely rent this unit again.

Great vacation experience
Condo was clean, warm, and fully equipped. Short walk to Peak 9 base area. Close to a free shuttle stop. Glad we read about the stairs in other reviews, but it wasn’t a negative for us. Heated garage was a definite bonus. Only cons were a burner on the stove that didn’t work and couldn’t figure out how to light the fireplace. Overall very happy with our experience!

Would never work with Lauren at Breckenridge Resort Managers again. Once we were up in the unit it was good but, the 35 stairs to get there were a surprise, two of us are 70 and 75. The ice maker was broken so someone had to come to try to fix it. We had no hot water on Sat. the 12th of June, called to report it at 6:30 am and finally got a voice message from Lauren at Breckenridge Resort Managers at 1:49pm that we had hot water.

Great location. Everything we needed in the kitchen. Clean. Understand asking us to take out our garbage and run the dishwasher, but did not appreciate being asked to spray and wipe down surfaces before departure considering the $$ we already pay for cleaning.

Great location, clean, I liked that you have garage, washer and dryer inside the condo, the only thing I didn’t like is the sofá cama the mattress is too old and the internet service super slow. I reported the internet but they never did anything about it.

Breckenridge condo for working vacation
Condo was exactly as advertised; nice furnishings, great balcony/deck with nice views. Enjoyed our stay as we worked most days, but had time to go in to town not far away. Had an issue with the garage door code on arrival, but was fixed promptly the next morning, and everything else was great! Thanks for everything, will definitely recommend!

The condo was great but it’s listed as a ski in/out and that is not the case at all.
The house was well kept and nicely decorated. The only complaint I have is that we were unable to get in and out with our car because of the compacted ice and snow and giant divets where my tires got stuck. By day three I called the property managers and it too a man all day with a bulldozer to remove the ice and snow. You would think the HOA would snow Plough so ice wouldn’t build up like that - it made it treacherous to walk down to the entrance of the development. It’s also not a ski in/ski out as advertised. You have to walk to the ski lifts by going to the end of the development, crossing the road and walk to the ski lift.

Clean and cozy. Less than 5 minute walk to free shuttle stop. The only feedback I would give is the road into the entrance is not treated and was icy. We had trouble pulling into the driveway because of it.
