Great central location, trams at the door, Rundle shopping mall across the road. Lots of close eating options. Only disappointment was the High Tea, bit ordinary for the price. Had a very relaxing stay, very quiet hotel in the city centre. Staff were great too.

Perfect location, right next to Rundall mall. Bars located on Peel St were fantastic. The hotel was lovely, nice little rooftop bar. Very clean and well equipped. Bed was comfortable and free mini bar (only a few bits, cider and beer, chips and chocolate) was a lovely extra.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Mayfair Hotel. Easy check in and checkout. Nice roof top bar and Restaurants below. The room was of a good size , plenty of space and comfortable. The location is great , as its walking distance to everything in the city.

The staff were excellent and always willing to help. The room and facilities were first rate and we loved the location with everything being within walking distance of where we wanted to go. The only drawback that is out of their control is the condition of the side streets and alleys. Other than that it was a great experience.

loved this motel, staff were lovely and helpful, opened 24hrs a day. mini bar was free and usually unheard of. room was cleaned everyday. would definitely stay here again. the restaurant was amazing especially the beef wellington.

Had a great trip - loved the roof top bar - gym a tad small that couldnt skip inside as roof too low but no probs as was able to run along the river! thank you!

Was upgraded to a beautiful corner room with a great view over the city. The rooms were beautifully presented and had a gorgeous bathroom. Only downside was overly soft mattress and heavy doors that jolted you awake if anyone let their door slam at night.

This hotel was quite lovely in most aspects except for the service or more so lack of. TV in room had issues I asked for someone to address & fix which didn’t happen. The same for other rooms I knew people were also staying in in my group & once again not fixed. Reception staff not overly welcoming or helpful. Hotel itself quite beautiful & handy to the cbd, markets etc.

The minute I walked into the room I knew I had made the right choice: immaculate, beautifully appointed, the honor bar contents were complimentary, the bathroom was well put out and the shower was fantastic. I would only stay at the Mayfair for future trips.

Nice hotel, but looking closely at things eg:bathroom cleanliness, bed sheets, underneath couch/bed rubbish, surfaces with marks and stains,it isn’t as clean as you would expect for the price. The bed didn’t have a fitted sheet, just a top sheet, no doona cover either just 2 top sheets covering it plus hairs on the sheets AND my friends in another room had blood on their sheets. Very weird. Also got charged the full rate as expected BUT the pending full price PLUS bond is still sitting on my pending bank account over a week later so all up I’ve got $475 withheld from me, my money! Bad bad system. Wouldn’t stay again because of these things, will stick to the EOS which is actually 5 star…go there instead people.
