We were very disapointed with check in tried to check in early. They said they would contact us, they never did. Went back at 3:00pm room was ready, one small problem the elevator was broken for our 4th floor room. I have had 2 hip replacements ! They gave me a phone number to call, no one at the front desk could do anything. Was on the phone 3 times for 45 minutes went back in to the front desk and they gave us a room on the 2nd floor. Still no elevator for our building, took the elevator for another building and walked the LONG way around. Elevator worked off and on during our stay, a little risky using. On the day of our check out, guess what, No elevator, my wife and I hauled our bags down 50 stairs 5 flights of 10 stairs to the parking garage.
We had reserved a suite with a King bed I don’t believe our room had a King bed. We have stayed here 3 or 4 times and never had this much trouble. The Front Desk acted like they could not do anything just gave me a phone number to take care of it my self. The check out was vary same attitude they acted like they could care less after we told them we did not enjoy our stay. They need training in Hospitality.
