Whether you are done skiing for the day, taking a lunch break or just want to sip on some hot chocolate, merely ski down the Gondola Back Run (via 4 o'clock run), pop off your skis/snowboard and walk 3 minutes to this condo. The condo is across the street from the Gondola parking lot and next to a free shuttle that will take you to Peak 8,9, or 10. The condo is conveniently located 1 block off Main St. with access to over 200 shops and restaurants, no need to drive while others are in a traffic jam and jockeying for a parking space. There are 2 hot tubs and a seasonal swimming pool on site for relaxation and fun! The unit has a ski locker to store all of your ski gear. Covered and uncovered parking is available with an elevator access to the unit on the first floor. There is one parking spot available, additional paid parking is available in the town of Breckenridge. This home is fully updated featuring slate entry, upgraded fireplace, wool carpet, custom wood trim & doors, a fully equipped kitchen, 3 upgraded bathrooms, custom paint, private deck with view of the trees, nicely furnished, cable, Wi-Fi, new tvs and a large collection of movies & games. Other winter activities include cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, ice skating, tubing, sledding and a friendly family snowball fight!
The Breckenridge area is also a popular spring, summer and fall destination. Vacationers spend time hiking, fishing, kayaking, golfing, mountain biking, road biking, horseback riding and paddle boarding. Lake Dillon is just a short drive from Breckenridge.
