It was very small, but it was clean, and he included a teapot in a private bathroom
They had everything we needed
The staff was very friendly
Third floor and there was no elevator, but we had already read that.
Excellent, helpful, friendly staff on 24hr reception. Lovely room, great facilities. Excellent position, close to tube. Wonderful Diana cafe dedicated to HRH Princess Diana with excellent food. Unfortunately, no lift but it was manageable as we had small luggage. Very comfortable beds, warm room for December.
Terrible. Smallest room (cupboard) ever. Door opened onto landing overlooking reception. NOISY!
Booked into a Travelodge for £20 cheaper.

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
Toilet wasn’t secured and was liable to fall over if bumped into, beds uncomfortable, temperature fluctuated wildly due to radiators, went from boiling to freezing multiple times during each night
The room was simply too small to be acceptable by any standards. I usually stay in cheaper hotels in the same area and they’re usually about 4 times the size. It’s (and I’m not exaggerating) the size of a cupboard. I could hear so much noise all night because of the thin walls and was kept up in the morning by screaming children which was annoying. It was still clean and staff were friendly

The staff was very friendly. The hotel is very close to the tube and a short walk to a wonderful shopping street.
I stayed for just one night whilst on a work trip to London. The location is very convenient with buses and a tube stop very close. Although the area is busy, I was not disturbed at all by traffic noise. The gentleman at the desk kindly gave me a larger room than I had booked, and everyone at the desk was very friendly and welcoming when I went in and out. The accommodation is simple but a very good value for the location.
It was a low-key place to lay our heads for a night before flying out of Heathrow. Not much in the way of toiletries, but the room was quiet and had lovely high ceilings and bright windows.
The staff here were very friendly. The bed super comfortable. The shower was hot, and decent. The room was clean and well presented. I stayed in the family room, which was down stairs and had no view or natural light through the window. Overall, for a budget stay it was good value for money.
I have stayed in many rooms in the hotel with various noise levels I found that while humid the basement room #1 was the quietest. The front desk man is always friendly and helpful. If you arrive early as I almost always do they will give you a room if available.
