Whether you're fueling up for a day on the slopes or whipping up a quick snack, this kitchen has you covered with its full-sized fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, oven, and dishwasher.

In the winter, you'll love the convenience of ski-in and ski-out access right from the base of Peak 9, eliminating the need for pricey on-mountain dining. After a thrilling day exploring Breckenridge Ski Resort's vast terrain, simply glide back to your cozy abode and whip up a satisfying meal in your well-appointed kitchen.

For those moments of relaxation, sink into the plush suede couch or oversized armchair by the gas fireplace, sipping a hot beverage brewed in the unit's coffee maker or tea kettle. Browse through a selection of shows and movies on the flat-screen TV or opt for a quiet evening of entertainment with provided books and board games.

In the balmy summer months, make yourself at home on the private balcony, where outdoor lounge chairs beckon you to unwind. Trails End Condominiums boasts more than just an unbeatable location, steps from the Peak 9 base and within walking distance to the town's dining, shopping and nightlife. Here, you're just steps away from all the activities that make Breckenridge a premier destination year-round. Onsite amenities include free parking for one vehicle, an oversized outdoor hot tub, on-site laundry facilities that uses a smart-phone app for payment, coin-operated ski storage, as well as complimentary Wi-Fi throughout.

Trails End is going to be undergoing construction starting when the Base of Peak 9 closes for the 24/25 ski season. Once closed, Trails End's hot-tubs and sauna will be shut off, and they will block the rear entrance of the building for a major remodel. The closure will likely take place from mid-April to December. The HOA tells us that noise may occur through the complex while they work.

The Upper Village Pool Complex is scheduled to close April 13th and reopen May 23rd.

During the peak winter and summer seasons, guests at Trails End also enjoy access to the nearby Community Upper Village Pool Complex, located just across the street. Here, you can indulge in an indoor/outdoor heated pool, changing rooms, additional indoor and outdoor hot tubs, and a serene sun-tanning area. lovely stay

we came to the area to stay for a family member's wedding and weren't sure what to expect because we've had issues with rental sites before, but were very pleasantly surprised by the place. it was clean and spacious. plus having the little fireplace was nice. spent most of our time on the deck because the weather was lovely and it was very peaceful

The property was at a great location but it was not big enough for 4 people. We were three and felt cramped. Also heater was not working and the mattress on the sofa bed was horrible! The kitchen was missing essential items. There was no spatula and only 1 frying pan.

The property is great and super close to lifts and Main Street. Pillows on the bed were average at best andneed to be replaced. The bedroom backs onto the back entrance (ski in ski out) of the property so you can here a lot of noise as other guests enter the building from the rear at night time. Overall it’s a good place I just wouldn’t pick it again.

The bed needs to be replaced. The balcony is right by the building exit, so little privacy. No a/c and no windows - just doors, so no cross-ventilation. Overall, just a little tired.
