The free hot breakfast was not available because the kitchen was closed. A cold bag breakfast was offered. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. My room was clean and the hallway and lobby were too. I especially appreciated the view from my window, overlooking the water.
The hotel is clean and the beds are comfortable. The hotel is aging and you can tell it desperately needs some upkeep as paint is peeling off the walls and the carpet is all stained up, but the beds are clean. No sign of pests and the service is on point! We were disappointed as we booked due to there being a pool and hottub along with continental breakfast however when we arrived, we were told the pool is closed for renovations as is the kitchen. This information would have been important when picking the hotel. The hotel did however provide us a bag with a juice box and a muffin and fruit. Not what we expected but it was considerate considring breakfast is supposed to be included. Again, the staff is very friendly and the rooms are clean. A bit pricey though considering the ameneties promised are out of commission.

Renovation during our stay, pool was closed second night of our stay, luckily they let us cancel that night. The dining area was closed, this meant the advertised hot breakfast was changed to a bag with fruit and packaged snacks.
The room was loud because of construction on surrounding rooms that didn’t end until 12:30at night and started again at 7am, so we couldn’t sleep. The breakfast was not offered and the kitchen was unexpectedly closed. The pool was closed without warning, the gym was closed, the bathroom was rusted and the hot and cold water were mis-labelled. The staff were friendly, but I suspect they are new owners who should have kept the hotel closed until it was actually ready for customers. We regretted not staying at holiday inn.
Customer service was perfectly fine but room was dirty sauna had broken wood (the seats). Man in hot tub was obviously doing some inappropriate things in hot tub was not monitored or spoken too, no doors in the entire hotel lock even pool u can enter anytime without key cards. No tub plug and no breakfast as advertised
