Main Street Breckenridge is a little more than one mile away where you can enjoy shopping, dining, nightlife and all that Breckenridge has to offer.

AMENITIES – Two bedrooms have flat screen TVs, so everyone can enjoy time on their own or can gather in the spacious living room by the wood-burning fireplace to hang out together. The vaulted ceilings and expansive windows in the living room provide an abundance of natural light, and well-equipped kitchen opens to both the living and dining areas. You’ll be able to soak up the majestic mountain views from the wrap around balcony or relax on the back patio surrounded by the woods.

Yearly Snowboarding Trip

Property was super spacious with large rooms. Kitchen was well stocked with tons of cookware, plates, cups, silverware and everything needed to cook. Having the garage space was nice for storing snowboards and skis. The property has 3 sets of stairs so be ready to get your steps in. Overall was a great experience for our whole group, would definitely recommend booking.

Great stay in The Kingdom of Breckenridge

Had a great four night summer stay at Sophie's Chalet with a family of four. Plenty of room and the multi-level layout is great. Kitchen was well stocked. Really enjoyed down valley views out the side windows and the three decks offered some great outdoor enjoyment with forest and mountain views. Great location.

Property was great. Extremely clean and plenty of working humidifiers. Easy access to shuttle. The four story layout with no elevator was a bit much after a day of skiing but overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Perfect Get-Away for a Family Ski Vacation

Sophie's Chalet was just what we needed for our post-holiday ski vacation. This condo was very comfortable for 4 adults, but could have housed up to 5 more. This condo had a well-equipped kitchen, and was able to accommodate light cooking. There is a full sized laundry and a covered garage. The fireplace was wood burning, so we had to practice our "Survivor fire making skills", but there was plenty of wood on hand. We bought a few fire starter logs to get it going quicker. The owner / property manager was incredibly responsive & was even able to get an appliance person out to repair the drier on short notice (thank you!!). There are 2 1/2 baths, all updated with plenty of warm water. A few notes for future renters: This condo is very vertical with 3 floors & 4 separate staircases. Up from the garage is the 1st floor with the queen & bunk room, the 2nd floor is the kitchen, dining & living room and the 3rd floor is the loft with the master & a small sitting room with an extra trundle bed. The mattress in the master is pretty firm, but definitely warm and cozy. This condo is in Warrior's Mark, but is not walking distance to the Peak 9 lifts. You have to take the Gray bus line to get within walking distance, but the bus stops are easy access within a block of the condo & run every 15 minutes. There is one parking garage per unit but there is an outdoor guest parking area that is shared with all the other units.

Beautiful Stay at Sophie’s Chalet

This place was very beautiful, I don’t remember seeing three flights of stairs in the description as we had two people who sort of struggled getting up and down. The location couldn’t have been more perfect, the views were immaculate!! We enjoyed our stay overall and highly recommend to anyone else who is looking for a cozy, convenient, and beautiful home in Breckinridge. The check in and check out process was very easy and they were very helpful if we had questions.

Overall stay was good. Property was clean and relatively comfortable. Parking is tight and neighboring guest parked in front of my garage space- not ideal. Days I traveled was extremely cold and upon checking in unit was freezing. Cleaning personal could have turned heat on. These were little annoyances but other than that property acceptable and located in a convenient and safe location.

Great Stay!

We had a great stay here! We had 7 people in our group and we had plenty of space. The kitchen was stocked with dishes, pots, & pans for cooking. The beds were comfortable. The garage came in handy for storing ski equipment. The location is perfect; only a 2 minute drive to Main Steet. The washer & dryer came in handy. There are plenty of stairs so make note of that. I would definitely stay here again.

BACHELORETTE TRIP!

The property was clean, spacious, stocked with all dishes & glassware you could ever need, heater and hot water for the snow storm we endured, and a safe place to come back to for our bachelorette outings. The hosts were extremely responsive. They answered all of our questions and personally brought firewood to our home just in case the heat didn't work. We loved our stay and we recommend 100%!

Was a beautiful property with terrific views and woodsy feeling. My only complaint was media (TV)

We had a terrific time but was concerned over lack of smoke detectors and a fire ladder for the third floor bedroom as fire on lower floors would make it impossible to escape. The media (TV) in this day and age left much to be desired. With smart TVs and access to Netflix does not seem too much to ask.

Fall in Breckinridge

Very relaxing, wonderfully accommodating and close to shopping, restaurants and bars. The property has all the features that you would ever need. Very quiet, yet close to action. Beautiful time of year to visit. I would highly recommend this property and Breckinridge for a nice getaway.

Almost five stars, just needs a few fixes/improvements

This is a lovely property just a 3-minute drive from the hustle and bustle of Breckenridge. Plusses: 1) we loved all the windows and light, 2) there are decks on all three sides of the condo and seating areas of some type in each space, 3) the main room is comfy, cozy, and inviting as is the loft room, 4) we so enjoyed the wildflowers galore off the back deck, 5) the kitchen had everything we needed including plastic containers for picnics and even a little sewing kit that came in handy. 6) The busstop for the free bus (gray south) that takes you to town (and the free gondola) is a short one block away. Minusses: 1) There is a decent size TV in the main room, but it is not connected to the nice speakers in the room, so movies sounded pretty tinny. 2) There were cables hanging down over the front of the shelves from the TV to the VCR on the shelf way below and the shelves/open spaces on either side of the fireplace were messy and untended to--not a showstopper at all, but the visuals matter. 3) My dad brought DVDs to play but there's no DVD player present. 4) The upstairs shower still drains slow. That's been mentioned in previous reviews and still isn't fixed. 4) The master bath fan is full of sound and fury, signifying nothing--I swear it does nothing but make noise. Again, not a showstopper, just an annoyance. If they addressed these issues, this would be a certain 5 star review. We had three generations the home and it worked well for all of us. My teens especially love the GIANT beanbag. FYI, there are three flights of stairs to get to the top/master/loft level. If you have bad knees, you might want to look elsewhere.

best retreat in breck.!

good bedding, bathrooms, nice kitchen, need to update the cookware and unfortunately the neighbor is not the best one.... aside of that. excellent location, plenty of fun to do, well maintain townhouse. Garage is a plus in cold winter!!! and the chimney is perfect for the cold nights...
