You hit the Motherlode! Recently renovated, this beautiful condo comfortably sleeps 2, and has everything you'll need for the perfect get-a-way. From a 5-minute walk to town and the base of Peak 9's Quicksilver lift, to a luxurious wellness area with four 12-person hot tubs, a heated pool, and sauna, this 1 bedroom is the ultimate hidden gem of Breckenridge. You won't find a more adorable, efficient space located so close to town. Cozy up in our mountain retreat! This condo was recently remodeled with many upgrades that include a remote controlled fireplace, soundproofing in the ceiling, and a propane grill!

PARKING
When arriving, feel free to park ONE vehicle in the lot between Building's B and C of the Motherlode condominium complex.

SAUNA / LAUNDRY (BUILDING C)
Take note, the sauna and laundry facilities are located in the downstairs level of Building C (to your left).

HOT TUBS / POOL / LIFT ACCESS
Walk across the parking lot past Building C, and you'll find the wellness area with four 12-person hot tubs, and large heated pool. Walk 4-minutes past this entrance to the South end of Main Street and on to the base of Peak 9's Quicksilver Lift!

---1st Floor – Condo Contains---

KITCHEN / LIVING ROOM / PATIO
Enter the ground floor apartment into an efficient foyer with a closet to the right for your skis. Look to the left, and you'll find the fully stocked kitchen with refrigerator, sink, microwave, oven, 4-eye electric stovetop, traditional filter coffee pot, Keurig machine, toaster, and more. With a 3-person breakfast bar, quickly enjoy breakfast before heading out to the slopes. Walk further into the condo and you'll find yourself in a rustic barn accented living room with large flat screen television, DVD player, fireplace, and pull-out sofa. The sleeper sofa does allow for additional occupancy of 2 more guests, though we don't consider it comfortable enough to advertise it as additional sleeping space. There's also a convenient patio space for a breath of fresh air, if needed.

MASTER BEDROOM / MASTER BATHROOM
Head to the right, and you'll find the Master bedroom with a King-size bed, 5-drawer chest of drawers, electric fireplace, flat screen television, and closet. Freshen up in the condo's bathroom with extra heating element and bath tub / shower combination.

---NOTE---
-The sauna is not kept on regularly. You'll need to let it heat up for about half an hour before it's ready for use.
-There are absolutely NO cameras in the interior living spaces of the home for your privacy.
Make yourself comfortable in this condo, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private balcony. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and a DVD player is provided for your entertainment. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker, and housekeeping is provided on request.

Enjoyed our stay and really liked the convenience of walking to the slopes and main street. Only about a 10 minute shuffle in ski boots to the Peak 9 base. Maybe I missed it, but I couldn’t locate any communication about checkin and check out. They sent me access information only after I called looking for it, and checkout instructions couldn’t be determined even after reaching out to the property managers support chat. So there’s a little room for improvement there. Minor frustration that didn’t impact our stay.

Very clean, comfortable property. Management was prompt when ROKU quit working. Ryan with Alpine Edge was very accommodating and helpful. This is not ski-in ski-out. The grounds are very beautiful and the shortcut path was helpful to get to Quicksilver lift area.

We enjoyed our stay. Nice decor, furniture, comfortable bed, & very clean. Location was close to south Main St. So an easy walk to town & restaurants. Had an issue with figuring out how to lock front door, and remote didn’t work on lighting fireplace. We finally figured it out but would recommend adding additional instructions on these items. Property Management did call us back to offer assistance which was appreciated. Overall it wss a nice stay.

Motherlode was so cozy!
My husband and I stayed at the Motherlode and it was the perfect size. King size bed was comfortable, not too soft. The fireplace was easy to operate. Full kitchen was nice and modern. The pool and multiple hot tubs were awesome! Nice strong jets. Short walk downhill to Main St so that was a plus! Would definitely stay here again.

Great Property and Location
My wife and I loved our stay at The Motherlode. Everything was clean and looked just like the pictures. The location was great; it was a short walk into town for bars, restaurants and shopping. It was also very easy to get outside of town for nearby hikes. We usually enjoy cooking when we travel, and there are a couple of nearby grocery stores. The kitchen had all the stuff we needed and the grill on the patio worked great. The pool and 4 hot tubs felt very good after wearing ourselves out on hikes. Check-in and check-out was a breeze and the property manager contacted us to see if we needed anything and made sure everything was good. We would definitely stay here again.

The condo was great for a short weekend getaway! Very clean and close to everything. All of the codes we were given to access the pool/hot tub area did not work, so that was a bummer, but otherwise, it was a good stay.

Beautiful condo-great location
My first stay in Breckenridge, I felt lucky to find this awesome condo. The place was updated, so cute, really comfortable king bed, with a gas fireplace to quickly warm the living room. Had everything we needed. We were a 2 minute drive to downtown, minutes from the Freebus stop, 2 minutes from Thomas Dambo's giant troll. I couldn't ask for more.
